But in off season, where we're going to see unprecedented quarterback movement, you could include the name Matthew Stafford him and the Detroit Lions are finished moving forward.

People kept asking him about Matthew Stafford, and he wouldn't really say anything good or bad.

It's weird when you think about because we're so used to see and Stafford as a line.

He's only 32.

With what we're seeing with Aaron, Rodgers and Brady and Brees.

He's got a while to play.

If he stays healthy, Rex, where do you think I'll end up?

Well, I actually don't believe this, but I'm gonna say, Let's just hype.

Let Ray say a Cowboys blow it with that Prescott.

This would be an amazing spot for why look, you go back to his high school days, he returns home.

He won a state championship at Highland Park right there in Texas, so I think it would be.

I think it would be a phenomenal spot.

He'd be reunited with Kellen Moore, a former teammate, and look, if he goes there, they would be the favorites to win the NFC East.

I promise you they would be.

I don't think they would.

Even with Stafford, I mean, I just I just don't think there's enough support for Stafford.

You got offensive talent.

Yes, I've been a fan of Matthew Stafford.

The guys tough he plays when heard all of that stuff.

I mean, he's e mean, he's a star, all right.

It's just not He's not a winner.

He is not a winner.

He hasn't won a playoff game.

I'd like to see him play him in a place where there's more structural support.

There's more just continuity there, someone that's gonna put some entire team around him that's gonna help him win.

I'd like to see that, but everything in Detroit was a failure.

I mean, you've got a lot of numbers.

You got a lot of moments where you played hurt.

You're taking shots, you're throwing touchdown passes doing all those fancy things.

It just didn't consistently get put together to win football games.

So someone's gotta help this kid because the Detroit organization obviously didn't know.

I would say I would say the New England Patriots would be an option.

I would say maybe a sneaky outside case of maybe like the New Orleans Saints.

It's gonna be about a contender, and it's not gonna be about money like usually.

You see, veteran veteran players go to New England for way less money than they should have been getting on the open market.

But they're like they have this mindset of like, you know what?

I've made a bunch of money.

I've played for teams that are irrelevant in January and February.

I'll give all of that stuff up just to play in a winning organization, a culture just to be coached hard I don't want.

I don't want to coach to come in and being like, Hey, we've got to stop turning the ball over.

I wanna coach that comes in and says the quarterback needs to stop turning the ball over like that's refreshing to some people in his situation.

Uh, I just think that, though, with Matt Patricia, because back there, that was now is that gonna be good?

It was.

But if he was, Stafford was still careless with the football.

I mean, in terms of just goes back to getting coached hard.

I just think, like, Is he willing to be coached hard because of the New England Patriots?

Just hired was Matt Patricia.

He's back on the staff.

So if anyone has intimate knowledge of Matthew Stafford and how Patricia felt about Stafford building building so happy kicks you to the curb.

Because really, that's what happened.

Okay, the Detroit Lions interviewed all these head coaches and said, Hey, do you want this job?

Matthew Stafford is not gonna be here.

Do you want this job still like that?

Changes you a little bit as a person and maybe changes how you drive and look what's important to you.

I think New England would be a good fit for him.

I really do.

You know, before we get the randy on on this thing, I just got to say this.

You guys are missing it.

Nobody wanted to go to New England, to be coached by Bill Belichick.

They wanted to play with Tom Brady.

I mean, part of its Belichick, But to play with Tom Brady.

Why, that's why you're gonna win.

And no quarterback was wanting to go to New England.

I can assure you that.

So to me.

Go ahead, Randi, Tell him where he's gonna go.

You know, when I look at this situation, you gotta look at Matthew Stafford being, you know, from the from the state of Texas, going to Georgia, being in a dome his whole career.

You just put up to Chicago Bears.

You just put up the New England Patriots, them of both outdoor teams.

They need a quarterback, but I don't think he's the right fit.

I think the Indianapolis Coast would be the right fit for a guy like Matthew Staffer.

There are Dome Team, they have the offense, said they have a great offensive line that got receivers, and they have a great running back brewed.

You just talked about, um, organization that's used to winning the Indianapolis Coast.

That organization there usedto win, and they have a few pieces that they're missing.

Philip Rivers just retired.

They need a quarterback to lead the rest of the team down the road.

If they get a quarterback, you better watch out for the Indianapolis mom.

But I think it would be a great pick that one gunman.

I I agree with that.

The only time you've ever said Dad government in your entire life, that seems to make a lot of sense.

You also gotta look at maybe San Francisco.

I just don't know if going to the Patriots right now is going to a winner.

After what we saw this year, they seem to be in a rebuild bottles Tom Brady.

Eventually, you're gonna go in there and look those banners, and I do think that the fact that I have with Campbell's coming from the Saints sometimes those relationships like that's just trades just happened between friends.

You see that all the time.

You get to go somewhere warm.
