I want to start with you.

If the Browns do wind up missing the playoffs, would you consider the season of failure for Cleveland?

Absolutely.

J Absolutely.

And I wouldn't have said this, Um, if they wouldn't have lost to the New York Jets.

And I damn sure wouldn't say it if Mason Rudolph wasn't gonna start for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

But the Cleveland Browns have been put in a win and Ian scenario against the backup quarterback, um, that they have in the face against the divisional opponents.

So, yes, it's a disappointment.

Now, if you were vying for that playoff position in Cleveland and you were a 10 when football team and you met Pittsburgh in the last week of the season and everybody was playing Big Ben and all of the starters and both teams were competing for that spot and they lost, I would say, Yeah, you could pull away some really positive things.

But you gonna tell me it's not a disappointment because you losing to the Jets put you in this situation and you lose to Mason Rudolph Ah Mason Rudolph led Pittsburgh Steelers team with the Steelers resting their starters.

Yeah, it'll be an absolute disappointment if they don't get in.

All right, first of all, this season, up until this point is already a success.

Okay, there's a big, big difference between if they lose.

Is it a failure or disappointment?

If they lose, it's disappointing.

No doubt it is embarrassing, because off what markets just laid out with Pittsburgh's quarterback situation.

But Marcus is also the kind of guy that things Rome was built in a day right, like he wanted his mansion built within one week week by his builders.

Listen, going into this season, this organization in football team had questions all around.

It is Kevin Stefanski, the right higher.

That question has been answered.

His Baker, Mayfield, the right quarterback.

That question has been answered.

Is Andrew Berry the right general manager?

That question has been answered that in and of itself is incredibly successful.

Season moving forward.

This is an organization that is not trying to be like that.

Splash that yet one season up in the rest, like they're trying to build their trying to actually build a successful organization.

Long term, they have done that.

That being said, Marcus is right.

They need to win this game both literally to get into the playoffs.

But aesthetically, they with with Mason Rudolph playing this should be a mandatory must win for a team that I think and I think we all do is a good football team.

Gonna be hard not to?

It will be very difficult not to bring both of them back.

If they win this weekend one, they get into the playoffs.

That's a big accomplishment.

Twice in a three year span as your starting quarterback.

If they win Mitrajaya Biscuit be would be 28 12 as the starting quarterback with Matt Nagy.

That's pretty darn good.

In the NFL, he'd be seven and two as a starter this year.

You mean to tell me that if that happens, you're going to look and go?

That's a better situation.

Someone else is gonna be a better situation, even though you would still have the opportunity have him on a somewhat rookie contract.

And so it's right now.

As we stay here today, it's already become a worthy question.

It has already become a worthy question because they figured it out.

They figured out the style of football that he plays best in and that their offense plays best in.

If they be Green Bay, the one seed in the NFC right now, it's gonna be really difficult to look at ownership and go.

We're gonna find something else to go to.

This is a part of saying, Okay, let's see where this guy can go next year.

Let's see where Matt Nagin can go next year as far as continuing what this train is, But I'm with Dan now.

It gets very difficult if you go and beat Green Bay this weekend and get into the playoffs, because now you've be there.

Rogers.

You beat the number one seed and you've beat the divisional opponent.

That changes the entire conversation for this front office.

But even if Mitt Strabinsky loses in this effort but plays well, you still have to have that conversation.

But I want to seem or I don't know.

You know, I'm sure that upper management in Chicago wants to convince themselves that this is the guy.

This is the coach you wanna be stable at that spot, I say give him another year or however you need to structure it for another, prove it situation and see if they could get this going early in the season and carried throughout.

And that will answer a lot more questions that you need answer from this quarterback and head coach.

I'm doing better as a head coach.

The second and the most important question is, Did they figure out a way to get Mitchell Robiskie to play quarterback while being an athlete?

Or is he still just an athlete masquerading as a quarterback?

That's the biggest question they gotta answer this offseason.
