  • Every generation wants to rebel against the last, and every generation of pirates becomes the norm of the next.

  • But something has shifted.

  • My view is that this is a Maslow level.

  • So you know this notion of Mazda, the simplified version is not until we've got the food and shelter that we could go and get jobs in life.

  • But then eventually we've made some money that we give back.

  • I perceive a generation who is not waiting to give back.

  • They're not going to take in the first place.

  • They're not going to accept the kind of business models that we grew up before our way through.

  • So then get the talks and then they could be benevolent back to the community.

  • They were refused to build things in that way.

  • I've worked with young people in rural areas and urban areas, educated and completely on the fringes, on this sense of commitment, dedication to a more positive philosophy of being off benefit and service to their community.

  • When that's their street with world, their sense of ambition and scope, andan understanding and awareness of the changes required is frankly phenomenal.
