This is a team that has the most talented.

They should be a Super Bowl contender, but they have identity crisis about who and what they are, and Tom Brady has to walk into that office, closed the door and have one of those conversations that Peyton Manning had Latin when he was with Kubiak said, This is how we're going to do it and listen.
