  • I've never tried.

  • This is so interesting.

  • This is the most interesting meal I've ever.

  • Yeah, Yeah.

  • Hello.

  • Welcome back to my channel.

  • So today I was invited Teoh a Kobe beef restaurant again.

  • I am so happy that I could eat meat.

  • I'm so glad because if I couldn't eat meat and I was allergic thio three different things that I would be so difficult.

  • So I was invited to a restaurant.

  • I told them about my allergies and they were like, No problem.

  • We will accommodate you.

  • So if you guys are interested in coming to Japan, these people will accommodate you.

  • The Kobe Reef restaurant that we're going to is affordable, So the lunch is about 4000 yen.

  • But if you want to try some Kobe beef and you don't have time to go to Kobe and you're spending time in Tokyo, but you want to try it in Japan, this is a place to go.

  • It's a nice little place to go for, like, a little date.

  • Or you really just want to try some delicious good quality meat.

  • I'm gonna show you that restaurant today, so let's head out Kobe beef is, I have to admit, one of my favorite dishes in Japan.

  • It's awesome if you could get it actually, in Kobe.

  • But if you're on a crunch for time, there are several Kobe restaurants you can try.

  • Ishida is one of them.

  • This restaurant just opened up in April and is very accommodating with allergies.

  • The chef could speak English very well, and he went out of his way to make sure I was very comfortable and safe eating all the food.

  • The restaurant is cozy and classy, with private rooms for parties.

  • It's very traditional Japanese with a counter to sit at Today.

  • I sat at the counter and watched my food being cooked right before my eyes.

  • I wasn't prepared for the amount of food I was about to consume.

  • Ishida is popular in San Omiya, which is in Kobe.

  • I visited there before and I'll length of the video down below.

  • It's all about my itinerary and recommendations in Kobe as well.

  • E.

  • But this restaurant is open in Ginza seven chummy, which is also linked down below.

  • Yes.

  • Okay, so I am at the restaurant right now and I just got my wine really awesome because you can get all types of food here.

  • Their specialty is beef and steak.

  • Kobe beef specifically.

  • So if you're interested in trying out beef, um, they definitely have that here.

  • It's very affordable for lunch.

  • It's only about 3900.

  • Issue in for lunch.

  • So this place opened in April, so it's fairly new.

  • And it also came from San Know mia, which I did a video in Kobe not too long ago.

  • And I was there in San Omiya Station when I filmed the video.

  • So you guys can check that out of my channel is well, so yeah, we're going to get order the food and then I'm gonna try it out for you guys and I'll let you guys know what it what.

  • It's like what it tastes like.

  • So my first courses consisted of salads and soups.

  • With the vegetables, I made sure I ate every last bite.

  • When you come to Japan, it's good to try and eat the whole thing as there's really no take home boxes.

  • And it's respectful to the chef to eat everything on your plate, but no pressure.

  • So this is so beautiful.

  • I don't actually want to eat it because it looks so pretty.

  • This is beef and then they have fish.

  • This is the type of macro I love, love, macro.

  • And then they have some vegetables and some oil on top.

  • And this is the second appetizer Gonna eat the Foschini first, and sashimi is raw fish.

  • For those of you who don't know mm, really good.

  • Definitely has a flavor to it on.

  • They gave me radish and some other vegetables, like tomatoes, cherry tomatoes They make everything look like art.

  • So I feel like in Japan, meat is so much more tender than in America.

  • Things here a lot more fresh.

  • So I feel like everywhere eat in Japan.

  • It's like a five star meal.

  • Japan really knows how to pair foods together and flavors, and I absolutely love it.

  • My next course was soup, and it was made from mushrooms.

  • According Thio, the chef.

  • And apparently he goes out every single morning just to find ingredients for the meals and appetizers that he's about to serve.

  • Okay, I got my next appetizer and it is actually a soup and he said, It's like a mushroom soup, and it looks absolutely beautiful.

  • You can see I'm gonna taste it again for you guys.

  • E can't put my finger on the flavor.

  • I'm not a very good food critic, but I think everything that I eat is good.

  • So this is delicious.

  • It has a very hardy taste, but it it tastes very healthy because it's, you know, like a mushroom suit.

  • And now I'm gonna get my next meal.

  • I have to admit, this is one of the most unusual course meals I've ever had.

  • But it's a good unusual with lots of vegetables.

  • I haven't even tried before.

  • So it's asking about all these different vegetables because I don't know what any of these are.

  • Some of them, I do know, But some of them I don't think this is a truffle, and it's a French sort of mushroom kind of thing.

  • So I'm sure you guys have heard of it before, but I didn't know what it was, but I was like, Wow, this is so good.

  • Things is HASA M o e.

  • I thought it was a potato.

  • It looks like a sponge, So it's a plant.

  • It's not a potato, but tastes kind of like the texture of a bunch of so many different vegetables here.

  • I've never tried eight everything.

  • You should eat everything in Japan.

  • The main course was coming up.

  • And to prepare, the chef gave me various seasonings to go along with my beef, garlic, sea salt, rock, salt, pepper and mustard.

  • E All right, so I'm gonna try to be first, and I will tell you how it tastes.

  • I'm sure it tastes amazing that you put a little bit of salt and you put a little pepper and then put a little bit of garlic on top on.

  • This is what is recommended, but they also have pink salt on mustard over here but we're gonna try and just this, so hmm, Oh, so good.

  • I'm so soft, tender on, Juicy on.

  • Then we have all sorts of vegetables that pair with it, so we have no GMO, which is like a type of potato potato.

  • It's a type of potato.

  • It's really good for your stomach, and then we have a go.

  • So this is a route you want to try.

  • A type of Japanese vegetable In Japan, thistle is the type of vegetable that you should try.

  • This is like a type of it's related to like an onion onion like Meggie.

  • So it's similar.

  • But it's not.

  • Nikki, if you eat it, usually put butter on top.

  • This is cognac, so they used thio.

  • Eat this instead of beef, so it's like a vegetarian type of food.

  • Oh, it's like jelly.

  • Yes, no flavor, though it's like just jelly.

  • It's just so interesting.

  • This is the most interesting meal I've ever.

  • So they asked me if I wanted which kind of rice I wanted.

  • So I wanted, like regular white rice or the garlic rice on.

  • I chose the garlic rice and usually eat that after the meal.

  • So if you don't get it with the meal.

  • That's why while my belly was getting so full, I felt I had a second stomach for the next wave of food because it was so good.

  • This place is completely affordable, and you get a lot for it.

  • E got my garlic rice without the soy sauce, but it looks amazing.

  • So I'm gonna try that.

  • It looks so good right off the grill.

  • Hmm.

  • It's still delicious.

  • So delicious.

  • I had lots of vegetables and meat today in garlic rice.

  • So my full course was about $188.

  • So that's really, really good for all of this food.

  • It depends on what you what your budget is.

  • But I think this is a very good price for all that I had to go to.
