  • Yeah.

  • Okay.

  • Before we start this video before I even say hello, I just wanna let you know that it's autumn right now in Japan, and all the autumn suites have just come out.

  • And they came out with new soy milk flavors.

  • But the new flavors are apple pie, mon.

  • Blankets like that will not chestnut thing.

  • One of those things.

  • You see that one of those things?

  • One blank or mad on a purple sweet potato, Andi or shoe tickle, which is like a red bean soup.

  • I'm not gonna try all of them now.

  • I'm just gonna try one.

  • I've been wanting to try the apple pie one for ages, so that's just gonna happen right now.

  • Oh, my God.

  • Well, it tastes like a candle.

  • E can't retrace the apple.

  • Wish it was a bit more happily pile.

  • No, it was my imagination.

  • Okay, sorry.

  • So sorry.

  • Let's start this thing.

  • Hi, everyone.

  • Including all the insane amount of new people that have turned up.

  • Hello, everyone.

  • I'm not gonna lie.

  • I was a little bit nervous.

  • Thio get recording again and make the next video because there's so many people it needs to be behind sorry, but there's just so many new people like that video.

  • My apartment video, just like blew up.

  • It's over 100,000 views right now.

  • Like it Zappa Ning very fast, and I don't know how to deal with it, So we're taking things slowly.

  • Oh, I should show you my kitchen, um, to everyone.

  • You Hi, this is my kitchen.

  • Uh, it's very small.

  • There is a sink and no bench space.

  • So I bought a chopping board that goes over the top like that so I could cut things on there, and there's no problems at all today.

  • I thought that I would make some spaghetti Bolognese.

  • Or, as we say in Australia's Outback Bowl, Uh, it's not really that much of a Japanese twist to it at all.

  • I'm just using.

  • The only Japanese thing I'm using is combat tuna, which is like mustard spinach, which I'm sure is not Japanese on Bond Bank on which is Lotus Root.

  • But I'll show you those in a second.

  • The one challenge that I have most days is just having one stovetop, so it's like with spaghetti Bolognese, how to cook the spaghetti and the everything else and keep it all warm and happy looking.

  • So that's gonna be the challenge today.

  • I'm cooking meat, by the way.

  • So sorry.

  • Total vegetarians and vegans out there.

  • I do enjoy being a vegetarian food, but I don't wanna like I don't know if anyone's expectations that I'll always be eating just vegan.

  • A vegetarian because you need Sorry, How long does speak any take to cook?

  • Disclaimer.

  • Any of these videos that you watch?

  • This is not a recipe video.

  • This is just a chat and chill.

  • Five minutes takes five minutes.

  • We're gonna get a frying pan.

  • Here's my frying pan.

  • So from the shop, I just went and bought submits meat.

  • It's quite expensive in Japan.

  • To be honest, this this tiny amount was like 375 years, about $4 on I got one onion, which was, I don't know.

  • I'm going to cut the onion with onions if you cut that bit.

  • This is what I hear.

  • Obviously know.

  • Everything I hear is true.

  • I guess the amount of people who are angry about MSG on my other video is insane.

  • I hear if you cut that, that's what makes you cry.

  • So I always try to avoid it, but I think I just messed it up a bit.

  • So if I cry, just know I'm okay.

  • Emotionally.

  • It's just onion tears.

  • I'm just gonna die set.

  • I think I need a shop in my life, and I'm gonna get the midst and put it in the thing too.

  • Yeah.

  • I should talk about other stuff.

  • Work.

  • I should talk to you about how I'm doing and everything for new people.

  • I'll explain what I do, except, like a frequently asked question.

  • I do freelance English teaching and acting, which is fun on one day.

  • I'd like to also do a part time.

  • No, I need to consider this a job.

  • I also do part time YouTube.

  • There we go.

  • That's that's good to say.

  • Okay, we're getting this putting it in here.

  • Whoa.

  • Okay.

  • This is an income for those of you who don't know it is lotus root, which you can get in Japan.

  • I've always found it hard to describe the taste.

  • It's kind of sweet, crispy.

  • Just a good time in your mouth.

  • I find that Lincoln takes a little bit longer than other vegetables cooked, so I just give it a bit more time than everything else I was saying.

  • Sorry, I do freelance English teaching and modeling and acting.

  • I'm on a working holiday visa.

  • For those of you who don't know eso this is okay for me.

  • I don't need to be sponsored for a visa mixing up the because I'm on a working holiday visa That steps okay for me into my visa.

  • But I need to think about next Visa.

  • I had a big, like staying with that recently.

  • I hope you can hear me.

  • I'll just be in the same boat.

  • The my Japanese will be better, but I do need a stable income.

  • So that's where I was stuck.

  • So I decided I'm going with a specific teaching company.

  • Do sponsor visas.

  • I don't want to say what company it is because I don't want talk stuff, but I want to go with them next year because they're doing quite flexible schedules and they have places around Tokyo.

  • So I far away, it's one on one, so I wouldn't have to be in a classroom, which I didn't want to do.

  • S O I could do that and acting on YouTube.

  • That is the big goal for next year, because I'm going to England at the end of this year.

  • I wanted to, like, just keep doing what I'm doing until England jobs after that or I should apply now I need a suit.

  • Uh huh.

  • So that's where I'm at right now.

  • But auditions and jobs have been coming in a lot more lately, which has been awesome.

  • I mean, for acting.

  • It's been really good having the experience to go to auditions.

  • Yeah, do some shoots and stuff.

  • It's bean awesome.

  • I've been really lucky.

  • Sometimes I do feel like a fish out of water, though, like the models there from Russia.

  • They get flown in there like 16 years old, 13, 16 years old, the beautiful that train and I'm an actor.

  • I'm not a model.

  • I find it hard doing modeling auditions because I'm just lumped in with same, which actually auditions a great like There's so much improv.

  • But slowly once I just and it's Heather.

  • I did my first runway walk audition, the other day and I was like, I don't know what I'm doing.

  • I looked at my posture was like because I was just a big mirror and I was like and so like I pulled myself up, and then I was just, like, walking like a stiff food.

  • I was like, and they're like, Thanks for coming and I'm like, Bye, It's not who I am.

  • I'm not a model.

  • Let's cut the carrots.

  • My car.

  • Okay, I'm just, like, dicing character.

  • Very cool.

  • I should talk about what I've learned from my video blowing up.

  • Yeah, I found that a lot of people are insane.

  • No, there's just an interesting, interesting much of people on the Internet just say, and some people want to see the negative and everything, which it's like, How does that help anyone?

  • Another frequently asked question was, What happens when I want to get friendly with a guy?

  • And the answer is, nothing happens because I never bring anyone home.

  • Mm, yeah, they don't want to buy these, like, 70 cents.

  • I'm gonna goto a farm in Japan and experience farm life for a day and have a good time.

  • I think that's really cool.

  • Like, I'm really happy that a company contacted me.

  • And I'm really happy that I get the opportunity to go and do that kind of stuff.

  • They're not paying me, but I get to go on the tour for free if I make a video about it.

  • And if I win on a farm or if I did some cool activity, I would make a video about it.

  • Anyway, Let's get a plate.
