Nimes just took on the 14 mountains in six months.

Six days.

I think if it was easy, everybody would be would be successful.

So if you wanna be that person, whatever your Amy's, whatever you like goalies, you need to bring that, you know, and I keep saying as well and against anything.

Motivation isn't good enough.

You need to be self motivated.

If there is somebody else motivating you and you try to achieve that, that's fake.

It is not true.

You need to bring that emerge from your chest by yourself.

This is it.

My strength and gone.

Yes, the only one SPS.

Then you become not everybody.

You'll be somebody.

Population off the earth is eight billions.

It's frosted this snow.

There's all that.

But I never had an excuse saying that I'm too tired today around like you know it's snowing and it's raining because if I say I'll do it, I'll do it.

People say you require a disciplined, but then just being discipline is not good enough.

You need to be self discipline on.

That's only when you achieve in the bigger stuff.

I guess I climbed Everest, Lhotse and Makalu this time in just under 48 hours.

I plan all the mountain of Pakistan in just 23 days.

Yeah, everything.

What I have done so far there is a love for that job.

When I was a kid, I just wanted to be a e really wanted to be part of that group.

Two o'clock, run like depending upon in the time 25 k or 30 cave and I'll be just like around and just before, like, six or 6 30 just pretending that I'm sleeping and now going into special forces as well.

During my time, 32,000 people applied for it, and only 230 make it hard.

Work is required.

You know everything in life doesn't This happens.

Success doesn't the scums.

You know, you've got to put you know, your time effort, hard work, dedication By not enduring that pain, not taking that pain and just like reaching out, not knowing and having that, you know, mindful that pain is temporary.

You just have to supersede that You got to know that it's not gonna last forever.

But what would last forever is your failure.

If you have a proposing life and if there's something that you love doing that as well, then you'll be successful.

You need to have proposed in order to do bigger mission.

You can just do it for the sake of doing it.

Andi, if you are doubting yourself how you can achieve that mission, that's you losing the battle, even you go into this ring.

You know, you got to think that you're gonna go and win that match.

There was no doubt we make mistakes, but as long as you don't repeat that mistake again, you done.

And if you repeat that mistake again again, then you're stupid.

Could cost.

You know not only the lives of the people, you know, it could have even even more like horrendous impact that you can think the sun was coming out.

You know, you leads the whole off the Himalayan range and you can see the Everest.

The Lord say the nerves say, and all that rains And yeah, you just feel like you're standing above the clouds and all that you are allowed.

Your senses are so alive in that moment, I think.

Okay, I'm names die.

I am a professional in a mountaineer Now, Andi, Last year I climb all the mountains of 8000 me to pick.

Notice the decision.

Pigs.

In just six months and six days now, I was a former Goenka s.

I was born in Nepal.

Obviously I was.

I served with the special forces across the glove and then within four days off in a summiting Everest I was in operation kicking doors So nobody knew this one other than my wife, not even my family.

Nobody knew it.

Yeah, One policy.

Third World countries growing up Waas really tough way were very poor a Z I was coming down around 8450 m A climber Waas she was left behind by the team and the guy I decided to, you know, rescue her alone And I would rather die than to be a coward on it took me 90 minutes to rescue from balcony down to camp for give you an example the rescue team to two days to bring her from camp for to come to its the desire e Think about the end.

But I'm just thinking in my striking at the same place, you know, it's just literally down into micro, you know?

So it's about like at that moment and giving the best at that point.

It's about living in that moment, thinking about what you can do right now giving 100% in order to ever X y z positive mindset can overcome anything.

Have you ever ever heard about any winners making an excuse?

Do not let anyone tell you that you are impossible because everyone is not you.

No one knows you better than yourself.

Only you know who you are.

So if you believe in that, just go for it.

And then if you don't believe in that, who's gonna believe in that?

So just commit and then to make that happen without sacrifice, you know nothing bigger happens, you know everything is not given.

It's all in the mind.

I guess it's all about how you take it.

So me, then what can stop me for me?

And I never do things for money because, you know, the end of the day, it doesn't matter who you are.

Doesn't matter how much money you have.

You're just gonna leave it in in this You know you gotta go.

When you die, you just die, you know, So and I don't see that it is my purpose And values for me is purely about the purpose and the love for what I do.

And I never joined Special Forces to be a general or to make enough money.

You know, I joined because I wanted to be part off that cool group.

I wanted to be good enough to be part of that.

You know those elite fighting, man?

If you put financial gain over a mission, then I don't think that will always be successful.

Just let that fear freeze you.

You just have to turn that into again the positive.

You know, you cannot let it, you know, become so overwhelmed that you cannot do anything, just like now it's just boom, boom.

Now if you do everything right, if you just focus on that moment where you're doing, then you'll be OK.

If people worry about how you doing rather than what you're doing right now, then you're gonna mess up.

You have to climb past the dead bodies and all that, and it za humble reminders.

And this is like you know, it could be one of you could be one of them.

But where you're one decision could be could make you successful.

And that same decision could, you know, be the end of your life.

Sad that we all have to go.

But you know what you do when you leave is what it matters.

Trying to be somebody that you have an impact.

It doesn't matter.

You know what you do in life.

You will always find someone bigger.

You always find someone is stronger.

You'll always find someone good looking, handsome, beautiful.

Whatever it is that you in, whatever you think that is.

But the US fighting your own war don't compete with against anybody else.

Just try to be best and better than who you were yesterday.
