S government order is forcing bite dance to Celtic talks.

American operations, however, late on Tuesday by Dance asked a U.

S appeals court for a review of the order, which it claims is unconstitutional.

President Donald Trump signed the executive order in August, giving by Dance 90 days to divest Tik TAKS US operations or risk being banned.

The Thursday deadline is now fast approaching.

The Trump Administration contends Ticktock poses a national security threat, saying it could give China's government access to the personal data of over 100 million American users.

Ticktock denies the allegations by Dance has been in talks with Walmart and Oracle to shift Tik TAKS US assets into a new entity and is requesting a 30 day extension on the divestment order so it can finalize the terms of the deal.

One sticky issue that remains is who owns what in the new company, Ticktock global but by dance says communications with the government have stalled and wants more time.

The White House and Treasury declined to comment, while the Justice Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Separate restrictions on tick tock have already been blocked by federal courts, including a ban which would have removed Ticktock from Apple and Google's US APP stores.
