So if you got a franchise, tag him in March and then there's a draft and April Now you have a decision to make it.

You're just gonna let him walk out the door when you have a known commodity there that your health department, your your doctors can tell you he's gonna be 100% healthy and ready to go.

And now you could tag him to get a long term deal done, or you just gonna say, OK, you could walk out the door.

What if that guy that you thinking you're gonna draft in April to take his position at the one of two spot isn't nearly as good as you thought?

So Jerry Jones can't say that they should take, and neither can Mike McCarthy.

They should pay, because what is the point of them reaching the playoffs only to get bounced in the first round?

This is a very pitiful division, unfortunately, and go what?

What was the issue with Jason Garrett all those years?

I mean, since Dak Prescott got hurt, this team is just completely falling apart.

Um, just as the organization s Oh, that's just show you the value of what he brings to that organization.

But looking at the Dallas Cowboys big picture?

Yeah, they need to just continue at this tank.

Because when I look at the Dallas Cowboys, not only do they have personnel issues, they have coaching issues.

I mean, we've talked ad nauseum, you know about Jason Garrett and not being able to get over the hump.

Mike McCarthy was supposed to be this Super Bowl winning head coach.

This this team seem like it's going backwards.

Mike Nolan, you know, Ah, buddy of his who he hired as a defensive coordinator, this Dallas Cowboys defense, one of the worst defense that I've seen in a long time.

So not only do they have personnel issues, but they have coaching issues.

And I think Jerry Jones has toe has to consider looking at the macro picture of the Dallas Cowboys, saying, Boy, you know, personnel wise, we're not.

We might need to reset this whole thing not only from you know, personnel, but from a coaching perspective, because they are nowhere close to where they need to be.

As far as what they thought their aspirations were coming into the season.

You you make a great point by saying that they should thank.

They don't need to do anything else except roll the players out there that they have, and they're gonna find themselves in a pretty good spot toe toe, have a draft pick toe, have some value.

So now they have draft capital to moving around.

I just don't want to see them deliberately tanking like, you know, that's what I don't loathe.

But they don't have a YouTube video coming up later in the season, so those could be easy wins for them.

Yeah, and when you put them in a place like a cowboy Charlie, when you get to the third and the fourth quarterback Cooper Rush, like when you get to that, you might as well Gary that quarterback.

You might just understand and know that you got the Pittsburgh Steelers coming up and it's going to get ugly in the next game after that's probably gonna get ugly in the game after that in the game after because you don't have a good football team.

I mean, you just you don't much like what he said.

The coaching staff, you know, Mike McCarthy.

I said at the beginning of the season that I would evaluate him.

People thought I have frogs on my face because I said that Now all of a sudden there, looking at it, different now, Yes, If I'm a billionaire like Jerry Jones, money is not an issue.

If I have to pay a coach $20 million to say goodbye to him, so be it.

I gotta go out there and find somebody who can leave my team in the right direction.

I think a lot of people and I've been saying this for years and I played for the Dallas Cowboys and I played for Jerry Jones.

I've been saying for years people act like Jerry is in the way.

He has given them great players over the years to do wonderful things.

The problem is they keep hiring their own coach.

They gotta finally just figure out who the right guy is because in terms of their personnel decisions, they do a tremendous job man, whether it's through free agency bottom feeding, whatever the case is, they will.

Clay, Jerry, Junior, Stephen and Jerry Jones has done a tremendous job of putting players on the field.

The problem is they haven't done a good job of finding people to coach him up a key.

Let me tell you, let me tell you one of let me tell you one other aspect with the Dallas Cowboys.

I think they just continue to take Dallas Cowboys identity.

Okay, and when you look at the officer line right now, I mean, it's been ravaged.

Travis Frederick, who was there All Pro for many years, retired in the offseason.

So when you have that many defections going on front, that's been the identity of your team for years.

To me, that's a big part of reason why I say it's time for them to reset the whole thing, because that was always the strength of their football team.
