Um, well, anytime you talked about what a great football player like that, you're gonna be excited.

You know, um, you pick the body of working, you know, the have success to be, you know, to be mentioned with.

So, um, it's just a blessing to be where I met this far, but definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Do you realize what you're doing out there on the field?

Man like because being in the league for so long, you have been around great players.

I played with the markets where who sometimes made plays, and we was like doing what you're doing.

Honestly, it's just, you know, you go out there, you found ways to find ways of trying to be productive.

So I realized that you are saying all the right things and I get that.

But you just said before that you have some things you still want to improve on, and I've watched you play and it looks like you're just tossing people away like it's no big deal.

What do you need to improve on what needs to get better.

I don't want to sit here and and be right with you all guys until you got my weaknesses.

But there's a There's a lot of things that I needed to clean up that I needed better, um that come with me, you know, watching during the offseason, studying myself, talking with my D line, coach, coach, any of them, you know, telling things that I feel like I need to work on.

So, um, a long as I continue to do that um, continue Thio, not allow myself to be satisfied and allow myself to be comfortable There's always gonna be room for improvement.

How is that communication with your guys?

What's that communication like with you guys and them knowing you're gonna be facing these double teams?

Well, we tell them we every single week, you know, if if they want to slap the protection to me and, you know, trying to find ways to slow me down.

I just give them more opportunities to defeat.

They want on Once, you know, they knew what they needed.

Um, they need to continue toe, you know, found ways that affect the quarterback getting a quarterback's face a, um, effective play anywhere they can.

And from there, you know, I'll get them guys freedom.

And I play off them guys if you come down to them guys lightning protection every single time.

So, um, it's just trying to, you know, we gotta play off each other.

If they double meat, I get opportunities, the when they want on ones.

And if they wanted them that they're gonna slide the protection away from me, and then I get the one on ones as well.

What you think that ingredient that y'all missing that that's gonna get you back to that point?

You know, I think we started off playing strong.

You know, last couple of weeks, in my opinion, we've been playing a little un consistent and consistent, um, from as a team overall.

So way just got to play ball the way we know how to play ball, the high level, Um, long we do that, man, we can definitely get to what we need to be.

We just got to continue to put it together and go out there and perform.

Erin, you've only missed two games in your entire career.

How do you help your body recover to be able to do that?

Um, that's doing a lot of, you know, massages, character, actor and Dr Tills.

You know, something that I truly led by, You know, pretty much every single day.

I'm soaking in a bath for 15 20 minutes with Dr Tills and, you know, definitely, um, take the aches and pains away, um, the sourness to help me recover a lot faster, you know?

So, you know, you talk about something that you live by something that you that you use consistently to help yourself to be able to perform at a high level on Sundays and doctor tells is definitely that thing for me.

Definitely gonna be soaking in a bath later on tonight.
