  • We're here and we're eating Pringles because they had complementary Pringles and I really wanted some.

  • But here we have this little bar of like like wine glasses and champagne glasses.

  • Champaign sounds kind of good, actually.

  • And we have these snacks.

  • You have to buy these.

  • But just in case like you want some alcohol or something, we have.

  • Oh, some cups for coffee.

  • They have brown sugar sweetener.

  • Oh, wow.

  • These coffees look really good to green tea on, then the fridge.

  • I was actually really surprised.

  • Open up the fridge and here we go.

  • We have all of this delicious.

  • Like orange juice, alcohol, um, soda, champagne, wine, All that stuff.

  • There's so much stuff in here.

  • Juices so crazy.

  • So here is the area over here, we have the toilet, Which is, of course, a wash lit Japanese wash.

  • Let we have some little dig core here.

  • And here is our beautiful shower and our beautiful bath.

  • So amazing.

  • Oh, my goodness.

  • Like, look at this gorgeous bathroom.

  • It looks like a house in here.

  • There's so much space closet space here.

  • But we have a desk toe work study and then we have the TV and this lounge area, and here we go.

  • And I was just telling a beauty that the ocean looks so different from America because there's not so many waves over here.

  • And maybe it's just because it's like the reef and you can see waves over there.

  • But I'm hoping to see like a whale or a dolphin or something.

  • But that's the ocean.

  • It's so beautiful.

  • I guess this isn't the only beach, there's another one to that is the little tour of our vacation hotel room.

  • What have you done that E Wherever you travel in the world, even if you're in the same country?

  • Each location has something so different.

  • A new story to tell and Ishigaki Island was telling us a new story in our chapter together as a couple traveling with someone you love can tell you a lot about yourself and your relationship.

  • Even if it's just a few minutes drive away from home, it's important to travel and explore together.

  • This is something I actually never had with anybody until now.

  • Way are exploring Ishigaki Island on there's lots of cool restaurants and bars and shop.

  • I think back on all the times I said no to relationships and how all of those nose lead to one big.

  • Yes, by dating so many different people, I manifested a checklist of what complimented me, and what complimented me was everything My husband is.

  • Despite the global pandemic, 2020 is my first year of marriage, and it's so incredibly special.

  • You know, you met the one when you have zero doubts and insecurities.

  • E bought some bath salts from Okinawa, and I'm using one right now for the bath.

  • And I have some Okinawa facemasks.

  • This is a very popular brand, but it's Okinawa version, and I got some hand cream and now I'm going thio.

  • So today is Tuesday, and it's very cloudy out a little bit cooler.

  • And today we're going to go to a monkey park and then we're going to go to a cave.

  • I think I'm not sure the exact plans were so spontaneous when it comes to plans.

  • So first, we're gonna have breakfast.

  • I don't know what the breakfast is like here, but I'm hungry.

  • So I'm really excited to eat.

  • And you just getting ready right now, and it's actually very relaxing and calming.

  • There was actually a fire down there fire pit, and I think we're gonna go sit by the fire tonight, give you gloves When you go up there, you know that lump you get in your throat when you're just so excited.

  • I think all of us feel really eager to just get outside And I can say right now I haven't gone out much since February.

  • And Onley now have we started traveling again?

  • I wanted to touch everything.

  • E remember being dropped off at a park as a kid and then left free to run.

  • I don't really e to come along For those of you wondering Ishigaki Island is off the mainland of Okinawa, close to Taiwan.

  • The place we're visiting right now is an open air museum of a village that used to house families.

  • The plant life here is pretty incredible to most of them were larger than me in quite strong, like bamboo e What you looking?

  • Please So beautiful, so strong.

  • Put them boob eso We're in this jungle section area and it's just so Junglee.

  • I don't know if they're birds air bugs, but I hear them and the Mosses kind of slippery, I think because of the rain, the plant life, it's just amazing.

  • The plants are so strong and so tall, just like all of us are in life.

  • Did you know surrounding yourself with plant life gives you not only natural energy, but the ability to focus and enhance our memory by 20%.

  • If there is anything Japan taught me as an expat here it's toe open your mind a little bit wider.

  • Challenge the ideas of the world, expect the unexpected and embrace new experiences.

  • We have this impression of how things should be and what traveling and moving abroad does is it breaks what old ideas we had of everything and puts us in a beginner's mind state.
