  • When he was coming on the show, I was like, Oh, will you just tell Conan that I love him?

  • And I sort of meant, like in the hallway, maybe on the way to the bathroom or something, Because we're meeting.

  • He literally sits down on the show, and the first thing out of his mouth is my daughter thinks your hut sitting at home dying inside.

  • You were dying.

  • Yeah, I was Really?

  • I watched that tape every night.

  • Your daughter's hot.

  • Um, Now I'm told that we met once before.

  • My producer today said You guys have met and I said, e, don't think we have because I would remember if we met, I think, Yeah, you probably wouldn't have remembered this.

  • And I'm actually glad you didn't remember this, but I'm gonna bring it up now on national television.

  • Um I was in Lincoln Center with a friend and I had had a drink.

  • Just one on.

  • And the fact that you're stressing that means something's happening.

  • Yeah.

  • Andi, there was no cabs we found, and you were standing there waiting for a cab.

  • We found a cab and I freaked out, and I saw it.

  • I was like, Oh, it up.

  • Right.

  • He does have a cab, my friend.

  • Get out of the cab.

  • Get out the cab.

  • Give Conan our cab.

  • Give her you're like, No, no, that's fine.

  • That's fine.

  • You were very gentleman.

  • Like my friend was like, We're not getting out of the cab for him in the capital.

  • That guy I remember because I pulled him out of the cab with one hand and punched him into the sky.

  • I remember that.

  • Very heroic.

  • Yeah.

  • And then my clothes ripped off cause I flexed.

  • Remember that?

  • I don't know.

  • Maybe I made up that last part.

  • We have something in common.

  • We both come from a pretty big families.

  • I'm one of six kids.

  • How many kids?

  • I'm one of 71 of seven.

  • You buy one, you win again.

  • Where are you?

  • In the order.

  • I'm six of seven way range we have.

  • There's a 40 year range and it's mainly girls and one boy in the middle.

  • Oh, my God, A 40 year range.

  • That's incredible.

  • My dad likes to have baby.

  • Now you've embarrassed him on television.

  • Uh, now all of you have, Do you all have sort of unusual name?

  • Because I was.

  • My brothers and sisters have mawr, you know, sort of normal names.

  • They just they just have a sort of a normal names.

  • And then they were like, They got to me and they're like, Conan, we don't know why way have a similar thing where there's a progression from European to like more African throughout the years, like my oldest sister's name is Jolie, which is very French in European.

  • And then it goes online.

  • Martina and my brothers, named after my dad, Rachel, and then my sister's name is Kitada, which is Swahili on my name is Rasheed A, which is North African Arabic.

  • My little sister's name is Kenya, so we always have a joke that if my dad has another kid, they're probably just gonna be like deeply, deeply ethnic.

  • I almost went with that with my son.

  • Uh, have you met my new brother?

  • The continent?

  • Yeah.

  • Now you're gonna ask you about your dad for second.

  • He must know everybody in the world.

  • Do you know what I mean?

  • I mean, he's He's not a lot of famous people out there.

  • Your dad is internationally revered and respected.

  • So is that every strange that he has that can.

  • When you talk to your dad, you realize that kind of power he has over all these.

  • But I do.

  • And he's so still so grateful and so joyful about working with people and meeting new people or whatever.

  • And he's so busy all the time.

  • And he's like, been to 50 million different parties and countries and forums.

  • And he produces all this stuff and, like, you know, big events or whatever.

  • But he he often leaves me messages on my machine.

  • And because he's so busy and because he meets so many people and he goes to so many events, he leaves out really necessary details about about just sort of what he's up to.

  • Yeah.

  • So the message will go.

  • Something like this is actually my dad Dog Honey.

  • Colin Powell, Christina Aguilera, Kofi Annan, Buzz Aldrin, Oprah the cast to stop holding hands singing We are the world baby Isn't that hot when I kind of have to be like What?

  • What do you mean?

  • Was that a dream?

  • You have a dinner party?

  • Us?

  • Was there something you produced?

  • Were all those people in a cab together?

  • What happened?

  • Wow.

  • Now, where do you I know you.

  • I've been to the set of the office.

  • You guys shoot the show in Los Angeles.

  • Where do you live right now?

  • Well, I live in New York officially, but I'm out in L A.

  • A lot, but I'm always so happy to come back to New York.

  • It's a very unique city.

  • Um, the other day, actually, I was in a cab and I was with a friend on We're heading uptown.

  • It was like a beautiful New York night, and all the Christmas lights were out.

  • And, um, the there was jazz on the radio in the cab and we stopped at a stoplight, and the cab driver pulled out like a little mini mandolin.

  • Just started, like jamming on the mandolin like riffing.

  • And of course, naturally I started scatting and my friend pulled out the bongos on.

  • We're gonna tour in the spring.

  • Yeah, the promise that he kept driving next on you crashed fountain.
