  • you know who I am looking at right now?

  • You, my dear Cliff Kellerman.

  • How about your boy Brady and the best of that bad man?

  • All right, tell me, that's who are you crediting?

  • Are you crediting Tom?

  • Are you braiding?

  • Are you blaming?

  • Let's try this again, Erin, I'm blaming Aaron Rodgers, which is really crediting the Bucks defense.

  • That's what I said going into we were debating this last week.

  • It might have been on Friday.

  • Who needs to do more for their team to win Something like that, right, Rodgers, Because the Packers defense isn't as good as the Bucks defense.

  • Look, our credit Brady for playing a clean game.

  • The whole team play a clean game top to bottom.

  • After last week, Brady probably had an influence on that, and Coach probably is like, Look, all these, you know, penalties on the offensive line and then Brady forgetting it down.

  • I'm not surprised that they played a clean game and the Clean Game was good enough to win because the defense was really good and they made adjustments because Rodgers was hot early.

  • Good for them.

  • Sometimes good defense beats good offense.

  • The Bucks also won the line of scrimmage throughout the game, both sides of the ball.

  • They were winning the line of scrimmage.

  • Brady is like he had the kind of game he would know this Bill Parcells 25 years ago.

  • It would have been like that.

  • That's like a Phil Simms line from from from the eighties from the mid eighties 177 yards, two touchdowns, no interceptions.

  • Offensive line dominates, and you win.

  • I'm saying you could put a lot of quarterbacks in that position, and if your defense forces basically two pick sixes, you're gonna win.

  • You can't do that.

  • You can't have a lot of quarterbacks today and do that.

  • I'm just go ahead and finish 100 cents.

  • Hold on to hand the ball to your running back.

  • It's 137 to 113 yards, about five yards a carry.

  • It's running game and defense.

  • Tom Brady is a professional quarterback in his clutch, no doubt about it, But really, the last couple of years he's been relying on running game and defense.

  • How is yesterday any different?

  • Do you have a tape?

  • Just one, because you said it's really a credit to Aaron Rodgers, but that's really crediting Tampa Bay's defense.

  • That's two different.

  • It's the same thing.

  • That anything who could blame Rodgers.

  • It's not.

  • It's not the same.

  • It's not blaming Rodgers or Brady.

  • You blame Rodgers.

  • That's crediting the books defense.

  • That's Rodgers.

  • Okay.

  • Rogers.

  • How do you How do you blame him?

  • Well, this is a dude who never throws interceptions.

  • He throws basically, basically consecutive pick sixes.

  • Is that good?

  • Like for the Packers to be successful, Rogers has to be Superman.

  • That's what he's been this year, because his defense is not like Tampa's defense way.

  • And he wasn't Yes, well, let me give a take here.

  • First of all, listen way.

  • Understand that Aaron Rodgers was awful, but I'm still gonna look at Tom Brady.

  • And here's the reason I'm gonna look at Tom Brady.

  • I'm gonna piggyback off the last year for a second here when I think about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and you had a guy in Jamis Winston that was throwing 30 interceptions and only completing 60% of his passes.

  • There's something to be said about having a quarterback that you know.

  • It's somewhat of a study here.

  • When you go down to nothing.

  • If the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were from last year, they have been like, Damn, I'm throwing the ball all day.

  • It's gonna be turnovers.

  • We gotta hope and pray that this brother doesn't just blow the game for us, that we don't end up getting blown out here.

  • But Tom Brady two touchdown passes.

  • Ronald Jones running the ball effectively.

  • I get the fact that Tampa Bay's defense can't be ignored because Todd Bowles had an incredible, incredible game plan.

  • There's no doubt about that.

  • You're talking about a guy Aaron Rodgers that got hit nine times.

  • That was sacked about three times in the first four games or so, and yesterday he was hit 11 times and sacked four times in one game.

  • So I get the part about their defense.

  • What I'm saying that you are, however, is this When I think about Tom Brady and the state, when you know that you've got a steady hand behind center at the quarterback position and you can rely on him, you can still maintain your game plan, maintain your discipline, knowing that you've got this brother that's gonna figure out a way to work with his offensive coordinator and with this head coach to come back from something like a 10 0 deficit toe.

  • Aaron Rodgers.

  • That's basically what I appeal from.

  • No, that's that's true.

  • No panic sets in at all because you know you have a guy who's done it before.

  • Defensively, you say Aaron Rodgers, You credit Aaron Rodgers with the W for the Bucks?

  • No Bucks defense did that to him.

  • They did that.

  • They forced him into those interceptions by making him make mistake's and doing those sort of things in Tom Brady.

  • As far as Tom Brady goes, this is what you want.

  • Everybody thinks you gotta have Patrick Mahomes.

  • You gotta throw the ball all over the lot to get to the Super Bowl.

  • That's not true.

  • He didn't do that, winning the Super Bowl.

  • He had some things happen and go his way in the Super Bowl.

  • But you win by playing defense, running the football effectively and having a quarterback.

  • When you need him to make the throat of Gronkowski for the touchdown, he's able to do it now.

  • If they needed to hit the switch and have him throw 40 times, he's capable of doing that That's why when you say anybody, you could do it.

  • That's not the case, man.

  • Anybody can just get back there and do that.

  • Not anybody can do it.

  • But there are plenty of quarterbacks.

  • They won 38 to 10 right?

  • If he doesn't make that throw the rock, it's 31 to 10 and you could take another touchdown on they're still off.

  • They're still gonna win by a lot.

  • My point is, you're right.

  • Credit Todd Bulls in the defense.

  • That's the thing about Rogers.

  • Rogers is in a position, even though the floor you know, coach to a 13 win season without Rogers being Superman last year.

  • This year, when you look at the Packers defense, if Rogers doesn't overcome, they're gonna lose these kind of games.

  • But he has to be more than but Davante Adams just got back into the lineup, so there's a receiver portion right there that he was trying to force the ball, too.

  • But they also made him force those mistakes by throwing those interceptions by disguising the coverages.

  • In doing those sort of things.

  • I'm betting on Aaron Rodgers way more than betting against him, no matter what the defense is playing.

  • No doubt it.

  • Packers would win, but they shut.

  • It's an anomaly.

  • It's absolutely because this won't happen again.

  • The Amber Rogers.

  • And if you think we're playing defense is that figure them out the way to top Boulder.

  • I mean, that's a good defense Colt's.

  • That might be.

  • That might honestly be the best defense in the NFC.

  • That's what I'm saying here.

  • Tom Brady can ride.

  • I'm not saying that's a bad thing to be, but let's call it what it is.

  • A really good defense may be the best in the conference, and a running back was average almost five yards a carry for over 100 yards.

  • You know, to a win without making mistakes, that's a good thing.

  • But there are other quarterbacks who could do that to Rogers in order to win that game.

  • Yesterday would have to be Superman, and you have to credit the defense of Tampa Bay, of course, because they were up 10 nothing when the defense started doing that to him.

  • But he can't lose to that defense.

  • If Rodgers loses to the other team's defense.

  • The Packers lose period like Brady doesn't have to overcome he can rely on his defense in his running game?

  • Not really.

  • Not really.

  • Because at some point, they're gonna need him to show up to at the quarter that defense is good.

  • But that defense is not built to the point where he could just keep doing that game plan yesterday and run through the NFC cause they're gonna run up on some teams like Seattle New Orleans again.

  • That's gonna put the ball in the air where Brady is gonna have toe use his arm to win game.
