The rest of the crew, They have a bunch of passive aggressive personalities on this team.

You need somebody like quiet.

Leonard is incredible.

I'm not saying he's passive aggressive, but you know he's incredible, but he's not a full blown like vocal leader.

Kyle Lowry was that leader with the Raptors.

Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker was that leader with the Spurs.

Quiet needs.

Somebody helped him get there.
