Trump's Mr Fix It his consigliere e his ultra loyal right hand man, Michael Cohen, lovingly described his then boss is a Nikon who was humble, principled and kind some like in their relationship to that of a father and son until it came to an abrupt end.

Michael Cohen, the fixer, flipped.

I played guilty in federal court two felonies for the benefit of at the direction of and in coordination with individual number one.

And for the record individual number one is President Donald J.

Trump.

When Cohen testified in front of the Congress House Oversight Committee, he'd already been convicted of a flurry of FBI charges on campaign financing and tax evasion, as well as perjury in a congressional testimony.

Having been intimately involved in many of Donald Trump's dealings for over a decade, he was the man who made Trump's problems go away.

But his cooperation with federal investigations, whether it was into hush money payments to Trump's alleged lovers, stormy Daniels on other women, the Trump Tower Moscow project, a deal Cohen claimed Trump was negotiating with Russia while running for president in 2016.

All the hacking of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign all added up to make him one big problem for the president.

So what now?

Trump?

Having long since cut adrift his one time protege, Cohen was released from prison in May early to serve the rest of his time under house arrest.

On with the release of Cohen's new tell all memoir, The relationship is in the deep freeze in the book, How in describes Trump, among other things, as a racist, a con man, a cheat on a mobster.

In turn, Trump has branded Cohen a rat on a liar who was fake and weak.

But with America just under two weeks out from the polls, what more can the man tell us?

Could there be any more skeletons to come out of the presidential closet?

What is the worst thing you covered up for Donald Trump?

Or did for him as his lawyer that you are most ashamed off.

I think it probably has to stem with the Stormy Daniels scenario in the fact that he tasked me to not only handle this matter for him, but to lie to his wife is well, which I did our first lady, Melania.

And that's probably something that I I think I regret the most.

That hush money that you paid to her that is alleged on also led to you being where you are now under house arrest.

Having been in prison, do you think it cut through with the American public?

Cut through?

In what respect?

It didn't stop them voting for him as president, did it?

No.

No, it did not.

But again, all of the hush money payments came out for the most part, at the very, very end right before the election.

And, you know, you asked your correspondent there in Washington whether or not there's anything that the president can do to win this election or anything that Joe Biden could do to lose the election.

And the answer to that, in my opinion, is an emphatic no.

They everybody already knows who they're voting for.

For the most part, I mean, short of Joe Biden having a heart attack on stage.

Nothing is going to stop Joe Biden from winning.

And, you know, I was very clear during the 2016 election.

I knew that Trump was going toe win, and I was able to see that based upon analytics that we were looking at, as well as the response by people just in the street.

How many crimes?

How many crimes did you commit for the president?

Well, that's not something that I intend on discussing.

Um, first and foremost, I didn't commit any crimes.

Uh, paying somebody for silence in an n.

Is not a crime.

Why?

Why it's perjury is a crime.

And why you in jail?

Well, well, I perjured myself at the direction of it for the benefit of Donald J.

Trump.

I was staying on message, and I never expected that something that has never been litigated before in the United States would have landed me in prison.

But I'm so certain that I'm going that Donald Trump is going to lose the election.

I've done something I've never done before and that I've actually placed a bet on, um, Joe Biden winning with the company by the name of guesser.

And I went ahead and I did that.

And I just wanna let you know that all the money that I win from this I'm donating to the A C l U who, along with my attorney, Danya Perry, were instrumental in the second time that I was released where the judge acknowledged that Attorney General Bill Bar had remanded me back to prison based upon retaliation where the proceeds of your book going, Are they going to charity as well?

The proceeds of my book or not, they're going for a multitude of things, including paying off the incredible fines and penalties as a result of the I.

Um, error that was made on my tax.

But the point is, people's hearts will not be bleeding for you because you paint a picture of Donald Trump in your book is a sexual predator, a racist, a blackmailer akin to a mob boss.

You even describe a time when he was turned on by the sight of your 15 year old daughter describing her as a piece of ass, he fist bumped you.

After that, you did all of that.

Your family didn't want you to work for him.

And yet you continued, Yes, and I'm not proud of anything that I did.

Nor am I asking anybody for their forgiveness.

I'm not looking for your forgiveness.

What I'm looking for is the forgiveness and making amends with my wife, my daughter to my son and my country.

I have to do this my way and whether or not that I I continue to work for him.

I was part of a cult.

The Trump organization is a cult.

Not only was part of it was one second one second.

One second.

No, that's where you're wrong.

You see you like so many others are completely mis informed.

This is not a rags to riches story of me working for Trump.

I retired when I was 39 years old.

I was what's called the Sent a Millionaire.

At the time, I was worth close to $100 million.

I couldn't work for ma'am, ma'am.

I even wrote work, Ma'am.

I could not go toe work for Donald Trump and live off of this salary that he was paying.

I was completely intoxicated with Donald Trump's celebrity power.

It's somebody who I have basically read about since the late eighties.

And I was I was in the cult, not just in the cult.

I was a high ranking member of the cult and I couldn't be taken out.

And that was the big problem.

Why should we believe a single word?

You have to say you're the worst kind of lawyer because you've been disloyal about your own client having gone around doing his dirty work for him on Now you're trying to say you were hypnotized by Donald Trump.

Who do you think is going to believe that?

Well, actually, I hate to say it, but the American people, for the most part, have kindness.

And, um, the redemption story is accurate, and many people do forgive me.

So whether you choose to or not is completely irrelevant to May.

As I said, I need to make sure my wife, my Children, and this country, your wife and Children don't understand begged you to walk away from Donald Trump.

You swore blind loyalty to Trump.

Then you slate him in a book on.

Now you're taking the paycheck from part of the Democrat campaign.

Don't you just represent Michael Cohen the worst of what American political culture has become.

You'll go to whoever gives you the biggest check.

Well, that's absolutely not accurate, but I don't know how Thio answer that for you.

I think the question is completely, um it's obnoxious as a question.

No, I find the question is actually not just in the fact that you really haven't read the book and you don't know anything about me.

I have read the book.
