Hey, guys, I'm l a And this is everything that I eat in a day.

The first thing I do when I wake up should be stretched.

Probably like all of us millennials in this world.

I do eat first thing in the morning once I actually get out of bed.

The first thing that I go and do after letting my dog outside so you can use the toilet.

Her typical breakfast, for me is quite boring.

Honestly, it's really just tea and across on like, I don't have any crazy breakfast ESP Pretty much what I eat everyday.

Um, I drink PG tips, so I will boil the water, obviously in the cattle.

So up next after breakfast for me is normally a facetime to my mom or my brother or from my mom and my brother.

Since England is eight hours ahead of me, it's normally night.

When I wake up, I do try and find time to work out.

I recently got a gift, actually, from my manager, which is a Palestine bike.

So I've been for the last month on the Palestine bike.

Typical lunch for me when I'm home is a smoothie.

So I have a Nutribullet and I'll put bananas, strawberries, mango, Seymour, spinach, Andi almond milk and flax seed.

So if I'm feeling like I need to be healthy, I eat dairy free yogurts and I'll have that with granola.

Sometimes I'll just have some Pringles depends really a food.

Off is peanut butter, and I know everyone is probably going to say I'm crazy because I feel like more people like peanut butter than hate it.

But like I hate it, depending on what I'm doing during the day depends on obviously what time I eat dinner.

I would say I'm a pesky Terrian, so it involves some type of fish.

Normally salmon shrimp see best with either like rice or mashed potatoes and a vegetable, so some grilled zucchini or some lettuce.

Of course, I'll have a nice little cocktail, but if I'm at home, it's really either just water or juice.

But I try and stay away from juice also, so really just water.

My favorite food city is probably in New York.

I went to high school in New York, so I got very familiar with Ah, lot of this stuff.

And New York has is one of the best places for Jamaican food other than Jamaica and in London, because we have great Jamaican food in London, too.

So my favorite spot, other than like the mama and Papa shops that are like, you know, owned by Jamaican families with being a girl.

Every time I'm in New York, you can probably find me at the girl.

I don't necessarily snack before bed, but I'll have a cup of tea with maybe some chocolate or something, just something simple to kind of help me wind down.

I haven't cooked in a while, but if I do decide to ever cook, which is very, very rarely, I'll just cook like I said, What my dinner is so some salmon and some rice with some veg, or just like Samp esta very, very basic.

Clearly, I'm not a housewife, so but I have a rice cooker.

So that helps because I can't boil rice either.

Let me just stop like they don't marry me on.
