You know, I've been meaning to check out the local competition, but I just haven't had a chance to buy yet.

You know, we have a whole team of attorneys who are paid a crazy amount of money to make sure that they lay that out.

Super Clearly, there's a rule book that everyone gets, you know, that way we're not leaving it to the girls to think about it too much themselves, you know?

And I mean, as you well know, one of the joys and and challenges of our concept is that most of the work force is young girls who, you know, full disclosure are lovely, but they're not always brain surgeons, so I don't know, it was a double whammies, but here they just do a really good job of idiot proof, the whole thing, you know, and I will say it because we're national chain and we have a wide pool of talent.

Um, it's nice because we could turn over.

One of the first things we tell them when they walk in the door is that this concept is so much bigger than all of us.
