These are my japanese convenience store tips and hacks

Number one body sheet towels. So in japan, I would say like stick deodorant isn't very popular

So they usually have spray or they have these body sheets

They make you smell good what they've done is that they've actually put a cooling agent probably alcohol in them

That's not like it feels kind of like this big when it's super hot you go like this

And then just like after a few seconds. It starts to like cool all around your neck and it feels super super cold

But recently they've actually upgraded these body sheets into these new ones

You have like this one exactly. It looks like it's actually from biore and it's advertised for women

They almost look like tampons, right? These are like tampon size. Mica

It says minus three degrees and one hour duration. Let's see. So look at this. Look how long this is

This is like wow, it's huge. Yeah, it goes across my body. Maybe if you actually just had like a workout

Oh that's freezing cold like you you guys don't know but this feels a super civil it almost feels like you're touching ice

It's that cold look feel it. Michael. It's pretty good quality of towel. Let's see if it rips

Oh it rips like we've been to the philippines or like thailand and stuff

We'd bring like these and like when you're waiting outside, they're just so nice to have this one is also the upgraded version

So this one is actually 60 centimeters long doesn't say that it lasts as long but it does a super cool towel

This is like a nice thing to have especially like I guess if you have kids and you just want to wipe their face off

This one here. I think a newer product. It's called instant ice. So basically it's supposed to turn the mist into ice

number three hiron ice bag if you guys have ever been in

Japan, they have these pocket heaters where you kind of just open it up

Put it into the air and it gets really hot for

Eight hours 20 hours and like they're perfect for like keeping your pockets warm keeping your hands warm

I've used them so much in the winter. And then this one is a recent like new release

And it's kind of the same concept what it's supposed to do is turn into a bag of ice. This one is like

instantaneous you're supposed to just put your fingers here like so and once you squeeze

Well, it's not even a liquid. I think it's just like a mixture and then there's like it feels like sand in here

There is liquid wow instant cold that's ice feel that

Hurt yourself, like if you injure yourself and you need to ice something. So these are like really nice to keep in your sports bag

Um, it even has instructions that if it gets too cold

You're supposed to wrap something around it not like directly applied to your skin because you can kind of burn your your skin

you're not supposed to take it on the plane because I could see this kind of exploding but this probably wouldn't be

A good gift to take back home number four salt candies these little ones

There's like there's so many different versions, but these are perfect when you're really really hot and you're sweating all day

It's good to just take in a little bit of sodium

A little bit of salt just so that all the liquids and fluids you're drinking is retained

Basically, they're like little salt tablets that are flavored

This one has like a lemon flavor and kind of more like a vitamin style

And this one here is more of kind of like a energy style

It has calcium and oh, it has vitamin b and vitamin c as well, so have you ever like taken these?

You haven't taken these before. Which one do you want to try the energy one lemon? Oh, yeah, they're both lemon actually

Strong so this next one is called shirt. Cool

Raycon strong meaning rikon like you feel like this strong cooling sensation

So it's a little bit different than the other products because you're supposed to spray it on your shirt before you go

Out and then when you go out and you start to sweat, then you start feeling the cooling sensation

So I got a brand new shirt. Let's see what we got. There you go
