  • - What's up, I'm Kiana Ledé, and tonight

  • I'm gonna be showing you my nighttime routine.

  • (lo-fi beats)

  • Today I'm gonna be using a couple products

  • before I go to sleep.

  • This time is a very special time for me.

  • This is a time that I get to wind down

  • after I smoked my CBD.

  • I'm very calm, I'm ready for bed,

  • but first, I like to wash my face.

  • Skincare is very important to me

  • because I have very sensitive skin.

  • I don't like putting a lot of foundation on my face.

  • And since I'm not gonna be covering up my skin,

  • it needs to be (blows kisses) chef's kiss.

  • I actually have quite a few products.

  • Let me just count how many.

  • One, two. (drops bottle)

  • (shrieks)

  • Okay, I'm gonna be using one, two, three,

  • four, five, six products on my face tonight.

  • And that's just the nighttime routine.

  • This is my first product that I'm gonna use.

  • It's my face wash, it's a lytic gel cleanser,

  • and it's from Epionce.

  • Epionc-ay, let's do it.

  • Oh first, I need to put on my headband

  • to keep my hair out of my face.

  • I use this product every night,

  • every morning, twice a day.

  • I've been using it for probably like seven or eight months.

  • I like it because it gives me a little bit

  • of exfoliation without actually having

  • to like scrub my skin with something.

  • This gives you a really light exfoliation,

  • daily exfoliation.

  • So you're constantly getting like

  • a new, nice layer of skin.

  • (water running)

  • Next, I use the YSL Pure Shots Night Reboost Serum.

  • I like this a lot 'cause it has glycolic acid in it,

  • which is just another little exfoliator.

  • Yeah, and this smells nice.

  • I rub it in.

  • (whispers) That's what she said.

  • I see a dermatologist to get all this stuff,

  • just so you know (laughs).

  • I spend a lot of money to have good skincare.

  • I'm very fortunate to be able

  • to have this routine every night.

  • It honestly changed my life.

  • There was a time where I didn't have the money,

  • so I'm very grateful.

  • I really love that now I feel like

  • a lot of people can just rock their normal skin,

  • like their bare skin.

  • I think we've come to a time in social media

  • where we all really want authenticity,

  • and it's nice to see that,

  • even if you have some impurities,

  • like I have some pimples for sure and some discoloration,

  • but I feel like a lot of people are just going with it.

  • They're just living their best life.

  • Okay next, it's from The Roxbury Institute.

  • It's, I can't event pronounce the name,

  • a bunch of different creams.

  • It's like a prescription for my face.

  • Just to prevent any breakouts on my face.

  • (singing) Cleopatra, Cleopatra.

  • And I only put it in these areas here.

  • I just rub it in, and this you're supposed

  • to give some time to dry, too.

  • I never go to sleep with my makeup on.

  • I used to do that when I was younger,

  • but I would break out all right here on my forehead

  • because I'm allergic to a lot of foundations

  • and I didn't know.

  • And yeah, now that I realized how sensitive my skin is,

  • I don't even mess with it.

  • I'd rather just take the extra 10 minutes before bed

  • and not have problem skin the next day.

  • But I actually really enjoy this time.

  • If I was stranded on a desert, I would take this,

  • which is my next product.

  • This saves my life in so many ways.

  • Mostly I just use it for my lips.

  • Again, I have sensitive skin,

  • so this is really nice because it's really gentle,

  • super natural Papaw ointment.

  • It's made from fermented papayate.

  • But it's amazing, it never gives me a reaction,

  • and it's literally good for anything.

  • Like, if I was stuck on an island

  • and I had this, I would never get infections.

  • I would be totally safe.

  • Literally, it says a local, topical application

  • for boils, burns, chafing,

  • cuts, cracked skin, gravel rash.

  • Gravel rash?

  • What the...

  • What are you guys doing in the gravel?

  • Like rolling around?

  • Anyway, it's a lifesaver.

  • So I put that on before bed every single night.

  • I put it on all day, obviously.

  • It's my chapstick, my go-to, but especially at night

  • because you want your skin to have time

  • to heal and moisturize overnight.

  • The next thing that I use, this La Roche-Posay,

  • I don't know how to say half of these things, by the way.

  • It sounds way fancier than it is.

  • Being on set a few times,

  • I've seen a lot of people use this,

  • so I knew that it was gonna be okay for my skin.

  • This one is double repair facial moisturizer.

  • I don't know what it does, but it feels really good

  • on my face, so I use it every day.

  • I like to take a lot.

  • But I don't waste it.

  • I just like to make sure that I'm extra...

  • Oh my god, that feels so good.

  • Extra moisturized.

  • My final step is this Fresh Vitamin Nectar water.

  • It's antioxidant glow water, and it's just a mist.

  • And I just spray it all over my face

  • to feel refreshed before bed.

  • It makes me feel...

  • Well, it has vitamins, it says.

  • It makes me feel like I'm doing something for my skin,

  • but really it just feels extra moist.

  • I like to lock that extra moisture in if I can.

  • So I just give myself a couple sprays.

  • (bottle spraying)

  • And I'm ready to go.

  • I'm ready to go to bed.

  • (claps hands) And that's it.

  • Thank you so much for watching

  • my nighttime skincare routine.

  • I am ready to go to sleep.

  • Love you guys, stay inside, stay safe, and stay healthy.

  • (blows kiss)

  • Thanks for watching.

  • (lo-fi beats)
