tomorrow we continue onward another another day of Pierre Sun here summer

here is beautiful yeah we decided let's take you for a walk around town show you

some of the bright see attractions and although you're planning to eat some

German food today how do you feel about I feel good I mean after doing some

walking we'll work up an appetite so let's get to it let's check out this

place

breakfast time another thing we like doing here is just

sitting down at a cafe and eating today where I've got it Rison and they have

really nice cakes pastries sandwiches coffees so yeah we're gonna treat

ourselves to a nice breakfast every morning we drink a cup of gothic or

niching coffee with milk it's marvelous marvelous and next year coffee

you always need some kind of fuck dude Oh

in this case I'm a Leo Luna which is a delicious croissant

looks like the classic Argentine breakfast

so breakfast has arrived I'm having my cafe con leche as well perfect way to

start the day I should also mention that when you order coffee in Argentina often

comes with a little cookie eater that's some soda water I like whiskey or

water it's nice yeah and so we ordered basically this is a

tostada isn't it to share yes has cheese Hammel crudo

this is an awesome breakfast guys so breakfast was 400 pesos which is just

over ten dollars delicious totally worth it

now we're ready to go sightseeing

so we are currently climbing at the tower the lookout point we paid 35 pesos

per person under adults everybody know honestly yeah we've got a mix of stairs

and spiraling staircases after after doing some really scary look up Towers

in Europe let's continue well here we are we made it to the top of the tower

top of the lookout point yeah it's super colorful we're just enjoying the views

of the town on the floor it shows you which direction you're looking out in so

yeah what do you think Sam I think it's incredible and the last time you're here

somehow we didn't do this so this is the first time to really see the town from

from a high vantage point it's impressive yeah also getting great views

of the mountain ranges on four different sides so it's spectacular to be honest I

feel like I've done this client before I don't know if it was the key or maybe

when I visit it with my sisters but I didn't make it all the way up I remember

the first level with like the arched windows but I definitely don't remember

all this color so new experience here

okay so this section here is called Vasily Fiat II and it's kind of like a

little outdoor commercial center with lots of like little boutiques shops

small cafes but it's been designed to kind of look like a little medieval

European village so the construction is pretty cool if you can see all around me

they have cute little painted houses just here over my shoulder and each one

is a little shop a little store so yeah very unusual there's a cute little

courtyard here with some trees water fountains and tables where people can

enjoy a drink later in the day so then directly across the street from assail'd

a theory we have paseo los troncos which is another outdoor commercial center

this one's a little less medieval a bit more modern but you can still find the

same sort of shops there's like a lot of boutiques we're using a bathing suit and

sandals summer clothing cute little souvenirs

those typical German Stein's for your beer or that kind of thing yeah we're

just going for a little stroll here but you do have lots of shopping options in

this town

well we just finished enjoying a nice little Riverwalk we met three dogs who

were just loving splashing in the water running over for pet also there's some

Sai oppa Gangnam style playing off in the distance but right now we're heading

to lunch we found a restaurant called blumen

that sounds German enough to me it means flowers we've already eaten at Sierra

Tahoe before so we wanted to try something different yeah me please

This Is It this is a little bit further away from the main part yeah of the

downtown it's just on the I guess the north end or oh I would have thought

we're either West or Southwest ursa not said Joe

studying the menu or is he studying the beer section to the wise that you oh

well well

Yoshiro process so breadbasket has arrived but if there's one thing we've

learned is that we need to take it easy with the bread because we tend to

overindulge and then when the Maine arise oh and we haven't just done that

like once or twice there's nothing to learn you don't like but yeah we have

some nice fresh fluffy bread here a bit of mayo ooh it looks like it has some

carrots and like pickled goodness oh so it's awesome

nice gherkin gherkins and what bread and mayo it's surprisingly tasty I like it I

prefer butter always but I'm down with the Mayo

what a huge fan of Mayo I'm Vina I get there it is very close so you got the

blonde so refreshing yeah yeah we ordered artisanal beers this is from the

Berlin brewery after Berlin got the blonde I got the red got the red leader

each plus we're having German food so how can you not have beer guys food has

arrived beauty so we ordered the gopinatha bloomin yeah which is two pork

cutlets that actually look quite thick it has a nice gravy on top with

mushrooms some walnut looks so thick a bit of cream sauce on top

yep then we have the choucroute which is kind of like sauerkraut and it has bits

of pork in there as well yep we have some caramelized apples with a cheery a

boiled potato with parsley and some green peas on the side it is time to

dish this up good so excited whoa this is way more than two cutlets oh my gosh

they've given us like two each Wow there is no way hope you brought your appetite

yeah well I think I'm also gonna need a to-go box to you who I'm with my

appetite so we're gonna get dessert too yeah we

want to try the desserts yeah some potato I'm just serving a bit of

everything what a fan time whatever fantastic medley

I mean you got a bit of everything you've got savory sweet

you've got sour you literally have everything have savory sweet sour pretty

amazing and when we ordered this the waiter said excellent choice yeah so I'm

gonna believe them but it's time to savor all the goodness I'm just gonna

soak it in the gravy so much food I feel like this is pretty people I feel like

we could use a third helper and I've even tried any I'm just amazed by the

portions yeah packs a punch I'm also just adding gravy to everything

basically this is just the best German food you've had in Argentina it's some

of the best it's great foods right up there huh it's just we've had a lot of

different German dishes so it's hard to choose a favorite because they all offer

something different right what I like about this one is that you have a lot of

different flavors going on right you have sweet sour or savory you have this

with the Apple these apples are so nice I feel like I'm having apple pie with

romaine the sour with the choucroute and super savory with the meat the potatoes

and what Sam was saying is very true with a lot of the portions when we order

like a Potter for two people it ends up being enough for three or four yeah so

keep that in mind if you come to Argentina yeah you can order I was like

our Parisian last night we could have we could have used at least one maybe two

more people to help us finish the meat goodness guys loading up the thick gravy

mothering not the choucroute sauerkraut like this you grab some of the sweet

apples the potato oh I need to get some pieces all don't I

yes don't miss out on the greens took my sit on the greens the few green yeah we

haven't been eating as many as many greens as we probably should

we've been carb loading and carb loading and also just feasting on meat all right

I'm gonna try the meat first that's the start of the show right Wow start of

mushrooming there as well at around in that gravy mmm what do you think of that

oh my gosh gravy is so rich so flavorful meat under

it's nice and sour as it should be yeah juicy potatoes peas a little bit of

gravy it's all delicious once you add some gravy to it gravy for the win with

this meal it's not like apple pie it's like a little pie it seriously is so you

got all those different flavors savory sour sweet all in one plate how much

more we have left so much oh my we've got our work cut out for us guys wish us

luck was just like how I do know is yes

desserts we got greedy order - we would have been fine sharing one we never

learned our lesson today we saw on the menu that they had black forest and

black forest cake but then they told us no it's like an ice cream Cup how's it

make it so good huh I'm there we have some cherries some cinnamon I'm not sure

what this pink stuff is at the bottom but yeah it's kind of moosie and melty

maybe grenadine at the bottom what about there this one Sam got the apple strudel

yeah which is very nice if we take a look in

here you can see all the apples raisins walnuts and we had the option of getting

it on its own or ordering ice cream of course we guys give us ice cream

definitely going all out and we're gonna have on all those just after this

alright guys that was a lot of food my goodness now we're walking back in the

heat walking back in the Sun gotta tackle that hill once more like we do

after every meal so the price for that was seventeen hundred pesos which comes

to forty five US dollars definitely our priciest meal to date in argentina just

for two people but what pushed it over the edge was that last dessert with ice

cream and the alcohol and the cherries you know what it was good we ate well we

are beyond satisfied zero regret and yes them like zero regret with a bulging

belly bulging belly we need a siesta in need of a siesta and

we're gonna eat a lot lighter tomorrow indeed then guys just like that we're
