  • Let's start today's video!

  • To make whipped coffee, the first thing you want to do is take your kettle, fill it up and boil some water.

  • You're not going to need more than two tablespoons of hot water, so you don't need to fill it up all the way.

  • Besides the hot water, you're going to need instant coffee and some sort of sugar.

  • I'm using coconut sugar because it gives like, a really caramelly taste.

  • But you can use regular sugar as well if you don't have coconut sugar.

  • If you have a standing mixer, I would use that.

  • But you can use an electric whisk or then just do it by hand if you're a hardcore.

  • But I'm way too lazy to do that, so I'm using my standing mixer here.

  • Then take out your measuring spoons.

  • We are going to use two tablespoons of instant coffee and two tablespoons of sugar.

  • And last but not least, two tablespoons of the hot water of course.

  • Those are the measurements we're gonna start with.

  • I did notice that with the coconut sugar, I had to add a tiny bit more than two tablespoons, but we're gonna start with this.

  • So the next step is of course to start mixing everything together.

  • Mix everything together until you see a fluffy texture starting to form, and it has kind of like a caramelly shade.

  • The mixture didn't get quite the formula I wanted, so I'm going to add half a tablespoon of coconut sugar more.

  • I'm gonna take my little scraper, and scrape the sides just to get everything in there.

  • Now that that's done, I'm going to start mixing again at full speed.

  • Now that is the texture I wanted.

  • As you can see, it is quite stiff and fluffy and caramelly.

  • By adding sugar, you can make a even more stiff texture.

  • But that's not what I want, I don't want my coffee to be too sweet.

  • So I'm happy with this formula.

  • Now that our fluff or foam is done.

  • Let's start assembling that coffee of course.

  • You want a nice big glass.

  • These kind of mason jar ones are my favorite kind of glass for iced coffee, so I'm using that.

  • Then of course some ice to make it even icier and a milk of your choice.

  • I'm quite sure you can use water as well, but I like my oat milk.

  • First, put in some ice cubes.

  • Since the coffee is so sweet in itself, I do like to put around half a glass of milk.

  • Or if you want a more-coffee, less-sweet version, you can try adding some iced coffee or cold brew to the bottom of your glass instead of milk.

  • And then you have a cold brew or iced coffee with cold foam.

  • And that is amazing!

  • Last but not least, the fluff of course.

  • I'm again using my little scraper, just to scrape out the coffee.

  • I think that is the easiest way.

  • You can also use a spoon.

  • Actually, I think maybe a spoon would've been a good choice.

  • The thicker your formula is, the easier it is to put in the glass of course.

  • Mine is a little bit runny today but it doesn't matter, it is still delicious.

  • There we have it, a cold whipped coffee.

  • I mean look at this formula!

  • I am deceased!

  • It looks amazing!

  • Then you can just blend it around to get the milk and coffee to combine.

  • But I just can't get over how amazing this fluff looks!

  • It's almost like a little bit of marshmallow fluff.

  • But it tastes like coffee, and you know I love coffee so I love this too.

  • So that is how you make a fluffy whipped coffee at home.
