I just actually finished doing this live session with Rida from Waddling Beauty about one a one wash.

And I was so inspired to share kind of my learnings with you guys because I have been doing wash for a while now.

I just think it's section amazing way to just get familiar with your face.

So let me share with you what I've learned from one student to another one.

Each movement should be repeated between 5 to 10 times face on what Rita recommends one of my favorite movements and something that I see a huge difference ride after I do it is the job definition.

Now, to give kind of a little bit more work here, kind of food these lines out and then we're gonna move to a fortune.

So with the forehead is the same type of thing you want to go the lifting off the ground.
