Teachers and staff from North Side School in Levittown, New York, packed into 50 cars and paraded through the streets in their community.

I kind of think that Weah's staff needed this as much as maybe the community did.

We just love the kids when they become such a big part of your every day.

So what happens is you miss them and then you start thinking about them with everyone keeping an appropriate distance.

Students and parents greeted them from their homes with signs and cheers.

While times may be tough now, principal Mortal Arrow says he looks forward to the day when they can all be under the same roof again.

We all care they're part of our family.

They truly are.
