So how much pleasure do you get now on the other side of the fence?

Seeing seeing young talents come through and particularly Chelsea, I guess I'm thinking off, you know, in the last few weeks before the lock down on the emergency ability.

Yeah, I think of.

We've obviously had a few young players come through this year on.

That's given me great pleasure that they're great to work with young players that, like sponges, they want to come in.

They want to learn.

And and Billy probably gives me as much pleasure as anyone, because when you when you look at Billy, it could be sort of slight, slight, intend of societies.

Young is quite polite, but when you train day today through the season, and Billy moved over to the first team building a while ago because he just had to be just trained to such a level.

If you have ah possession in training or a game or a simple passengers site talking about attitude, Darren doing the basics right and learn That's the young and so like the modern day can get lost a little bit.

Can you do the real basics?

Right?

And Billy does them day in, day out.

So when it comes to, you know, probably people think I threw him in against Liverpool tools towards the end, as you said, but he probably deserves to play a little bit earlier and how he was training and that was pretty, maybe in a bit conservative with him on.

Then the minute he got in there, he showed the replication off that doing the passengers right, being the Bryce player in training, and he went and did it against Liverpool and when it did it against the best team in the country.

So he now has said, Benchmark is now try and after this break, come back and governments at the career that you started to show that he can have.

I'm pretty sure he will cause his attitude and his family and his surroundings are really good and he has the talent.

But it was a real pleasure to see someone come in the right way, doing the real midfield basics and not one side of the sound, but he's no talent to play because I think basics of receiving the ball, turning it around, joints in all the right decisions in a game.

We're not easy.

The simple things, actually, sometimes the hardest Billy has well, Roy came from that.

He looked like a world class player, didn't he?

Said he was sitting at home watching and had to put his cup of tea down to work out.

When I watched the two games obviously very earliest career.

But I felt watching him.

It was almost like a throwback.

He did so many good things.

You touched on it when just when he plays.

There aren't many days when you don't see him, show up and try and do the right things that agreed to touch and pull skulls day at Paul's Soldiers, obviously one of the greats midfield players I played against in the Premier League, and it was interesting to play against skulls in the in the early part of his career, where he was a goal, gets down on the right, her in the box.

And it was just as you said they were flat round the corner.

But not even that he had them would arrive in the box.

And then he would have the the ability and the feet and announced Thio school goals or make assist regularly and then to see him change his career.

And I don't think it's probably that the cup for a part of pictures, probably at the top end, where it becomes much tighter and quicker in midfield.

It can be easy because you have more time and did prairies.

But if you're a player that's not top quality, likes cozy, more time can sometimes be a problem for you, so he would always pick the right party had incredible range again.

If you did try and jump from midfield and get to him and get close to him, he just around the corner because you know you were coming and Billy shown early signs of that silver ability.

I'm not.

I'm not comparing two skulls, e no one told.

But in terms of those basics that you mentioned, then Billy certainly has them.

And that's a great platform to build.

Hopefully a fantastic career.

It will get flagged and and you would have the opportunity to come in turn without So there are a few more that have shown themselves when they're coming, trying without so I think.

And we've got quite a lot of numbers have played now Theis season and in, even though the Masons and the Tammy's et cetera play to their country as well.

But they still have so far to go, and it's a huge plus for the club, obviously, that we have had dispatched.

They're coming through now, now showing it.

But they also have got a long way to go, but they will be a huge part of the club's move.
