And today we're making a very simple being shot.

Now, I don't know why we don't always do this, but you get the best of everything here.

You get a lot of protein in this dish, you get a bunch of veggies and you get flavor.

So what I love is it's number one, Hildy and number two, it stays for a while so you can make a big bunch.

So today we're using three beans, and these are our personal favorites.

But you could definitely use any being that you choose to use.

Just make sure they're a little bit on the bigger size.

And so here we have one can of kidney beans that we've rinsed and drained.

Basically, we've used a can just for convenience sake, but if you want to use the soaking method and boiling method that works absolutely great as well, there's approximately a cup and 1/2.

We have one can of Washington drained black beans in one can of garbanzo beans washed and drained.

It's no like it envisioned beans, the lower you can use any types.

If you want to go a step further, you can actually stop the beans and use it even healthier.

So to this, we're gonna add some budgies.

Very important getsem bell pepper, chopped half cup and you want to kind of keep all your buddies approximately the same size.

You can use red radish, or you can use Mouly the white strategy.

You can use cherry tomatoes or great tomatoes.

Now the reason I need easy to them Waas because we want to keep us dish for a little longer time.

So the seeds tend to make a little runny and watery, and we want to kind of avoid that.

But if you're gonna have it immediately, by all means uses it.

Half a medium red onion that sliced really really fine.

And finally we have some finaly chopped green chilies.

This is absolutely optional, but it does provide a really good kick.

Yeah, that So now it's time to spice this up way already spiced it up.

But if I set up some more so we have some salt to taste half teaspoon chuck masala or to taste 1/2 teaspoon of good of masala, red chili powder to taste and roasted cumin powder one teaspoon And now here we have green chutney.

You can use your coriander chutney, which is the recipes on our website.

I'm using miniature because that's what we have at home on.

That is also on the website and you're just going to put a little bit of that.

If you have some freshman, you can also add that just chopped fine.

It tastes really good and you're gonna put a little bit off tamarind chutney in it.

No, we had the recipe for Tamarind chutney or sweet Jitney also on her waxing.

That's a very forgiving recipe and really, honestly, to taste.

Have fun here that so this is the first part of our being shot process.

Now this tastes best chilled, so she could keep this in the refrigerator for about an hour and we'll be nice and cold, and we'll show you the dressing that goes on top for the dressing.

Now you're taking the pinkish part of the yogurt.

You don't want it to like to slide off the beans.

You wanted to hold onto the beans, so it's perfect and leave was mixed it so beautifully smooth talker that no lumps and it does season this now, of course.

Salt, 1/2 teaspoon of chuck Masella, half teaspoon roasted cumin powder and red chili powder to taste.

What you do is just but a little bit on top course, as needed or as you like, and we're gonna put some sweet chutney on it.

But what we end up usually doing is we mix everything into the shot itself, and we keep it in the refrigerator in small containers, noting the dressing government.

And the only thing I think probably you should leave out is the save that that you don't want to put in ahead of time.

But what we do is you can put it in small containers and just take one to work every morning as someone with your husband on.

It's a healthy lunch, and it's filling and easy to eat, and, you know, I think that's a big thing.
