I'm little I'm a new Gia, and today we're gonna show you how to make spinach and China gravy dish.

It's a really good, I think, double duty thing.

It's gonna be hadas a subsidy that is the main dish or as a side dish.

So in the span over here, I have one cup of water and you're gonna use £1 of fresh green spinach and we're gonna put it in here.

Take it to the stove and just allow it to cook.

And yes, our spinach has already been washed.

And while the spinach is cooking down, we're gonna cook down some of our veggies here.

So we have about one medium onion, which we've sliced.

We have two medium tomatoes sliced about an inch of ginger, which is also sliced about four or five large close of garlic sliced and a little bit of green chilies that's optional.

And to taste, you can put as much or as little as you like.

We're gonna go to her stove and starts on taking these here.

We have one tablespoon of oil heating in her.

We're gonna add 3 to 5 cloves, depending on how intense you want it.

One inch piece of cinnamon broken into little pieces, quarter teaspoon, a whole black peppercorns, quarter teaspoon of cardamom seats, quarter teaspoon of fennel seeds and two tablespoons of whole coriander seed and will lightly roast these spices and give that about a 30 seconds stir.

So the next step is we're gonna grind the masala that be cooked over there on the spinach.

So what we're gonna first do is we're gonna grind the masala sze that rate, this is a fine blend and then we can add in the spinach and then we can control the texture that we want.

A lot of people don't like the texture of the spinach, you know, like kids especially and some adults.

So if if that's the case, you know, you could just make it a total paste.

But if you don't mind the texture, you can just waltz it a few times and that should be good.

You may need to open your blunder up and just push down the edges.

Make sure you get a nice movement and here's what it looks like pretty smooth mixture.

And I would get out in the spinach and we can use this cooking water for the spinach as well to help us grind ego.

We're feeding our pickets, so we're doing it smooth.

Now we're gonna return this mixture back to our cooking pan and see you at the stove Turner pan back on immediately and transfer this mixture.

Add a little bit of water just to clean up your blunder.

you can do that about 1/4 cup and added, it makes it through.

And now we're gonna add in China and be sure you drain out the liquid.

So we're gonna take some of the water from the channels, and we just helped those forms some gravy, and you can use as much or as little as you like.

At this point, you can check the salt and adjust it.

Now we're gonna cover it and then let it cook for about 10 minutes.

And we did stir it in between one time and we'll end off with about 1/4 teaspoon of I'm sure, or dry mango powder, and that's optional.

Accident Spinach curry with China's is ready.

You can have the body, even hack sheets, a great consistency.
