  • Today we're making a very simple subsidy.

  • It's hollow and green beans, potatoes and green beans.

  • Very simple.

  • Most of the time you can find these two things any time of the year, so there's nothing seasonal about it, but it's just a nice, homey dish.

  • So what you've done is you've actually washed and at the beans, so the size really depends on you what you want to do.

  • And this is the potatoes.

  • Approximately three potatoes about this size, but again adjustable to taste.

  • If you don't like potatoes, you can put less but about size so that they don't get lost.

  • You kind of stand out because they're not a whole lot of potatoes, so we've got it.

  • It's all ready to go, so we're gonna get to the stove and stop making.

  • So we have a pan with 1.5 tablespoons oil heating up right now, and once it's out, we're gonna have half a teaspoon of cumin sea.

  • Let them sizzle.

  • 1/8 teaspoon of s a patina quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, and immediately we're gonna have her beans and potatoes.

  • Yeah, we're gonna give it a mix.

  • And once the oil is quoted on all the veggies and add some salt to taste half teaspoon of human power, one teaspoon of coriander powder and red chili powder to taste, who else have happened?

  • Would have got a masala.

  • Yeah, we're gonna mix up thief once everything is stored in.

  • Well, we gotta cover it and allow it to cook.

  • We're gonna keep storing it in between every once in a while.

  • The beans and potatoes look down.

  • So, actually, just make sure Just break the one of the potatoes and make sure it's cooked all the way through.

  • Let's see.

  • Yep, Looks done.

  • And just try one of the beans and that's all you need to do, huh?

  • Justice.

  • Spices are in.

  • Turn off the stove.

  • Salo and bean subsidy is ready.

  • Looks fantastic.

  • It's such a simple combination, but it's not very common to everybody because until recently, I didn't have beings with potatoes ever.

  • We've been having it since not donkeys horses years.

  • Uh, but let's give it a shot.

  • Perfect.

  • Gotta try the bean on me.

  • Yeah.

  • Now the beans don't pick up as much flavor as the potatoes, potatoes.

  • I think our natural sponge great.

  • But I think if you have it with me and you pick up good combination of both, the flavor is really good.
