just gone way beyond the "culturescape" now and you've got that moment,

So this month, you're going to try out so many new experiences.

Don't hold back.

Even if you've never done it before, just go ahead, have fun,

because these memories are going to stay with you forever. Bye.

When you're at Mindvalley U, just make sure you connect with a

lot of people.

And when it comes to the connections, go for quality over quantity.

Prioritize being at your best state so you can show up at your best.

Being in flow will be better experience for you and for what you bring

out for everyone.

Always go to class, even the ones you don't think you're

going to like.

Because it turns out, the ones that you don't think you're going

to like are going to be the most interesting because you know nothing

about them, which means you can learn everything about them.

In the last couple of years, I've gotten really, really great at saying

no to lots of things in my life.

No to people that don't empower me, no to opportunities that I'm not

super excited about.

And so this month, at Mindvalley University, I just decided everything was

going to be a yes, boat trips, yacht trips, island parties,

whatever people want to do.

If I have the time, I will say yes to those things to just do a little yes

experiment and find out. What do you think, Kyle?

Listen to your body, your mind, your spirit.

You don't have to go to everything.

It's okay if you miss some things.

Just check in with yourself and make sure that you're good and you're always coming

from a cup-full life and overflowing.

Have a lot of fucking fun.

Really try to find your people.

The fact is you are in MVU, so everybody is your people.

But find the special few that you can make a deeper connection with.

Connect with the people, talk to the people, and see what's going

on outside the main events.

And be there, show up.

As I think Mindvalley University can be so intense, and sometimes you just

feel like you need some time to reflect and stay by yourself, do that.

Take your time, you know, reflect a bit, and then go back in the crowd.

And you know, we energized, we inspire so many.

All right, JG pro tip, the person that you are talking to at MVU

is the person you are meant to be talking to.

Don't worry that you're missing out by not talking to somebody else,

the person you're talking to is the person you are meant to be talking to.

Be present, be grounded, learn everything you can that you could

possibly know about them, and your experience will be amazing.

Be prepared for hugs and lots of them.

And when you have to go to the bathroom, put your head down, because you won't be

able to get through the crowd without getting a bunch of hugs.
