It has never engaged again and just kind of put it into perspective.

In the most annoying thing, I find out that is often I text you and you don't reply.

I need to be more accurate in the most annoying thing about that is it just makes you realize how much I wish I could tweet with two thumbs.

Like you do that sweet people back because it takes me a week.

I mean, what what do you want to you away from dealing with?

About a year ago, I deleted the Twitter up.

I don't know, but I don't read my mentions.

I sent out tweets, but I don't read what people say.

But like what I just found was I found I spent lots of time on Twitter.

I've never finished looking at Twitter happier than when I started looking at Twitter, and I thought like it is not because of abuse or anything.

It's like, even just refreshing what people are saying about you.

Don't This is a healthy way, kind of perceive yourself and I had to do a gig and then I'd come off and I'd look a tweets about the gig.

I knew if it went well or badly, yeah, and so I've got rid of Twitter and I'd you use that time on Instagram.

For me, the biggest thing to come out of this week is the need for better mental health.

How do we support people who are struggling?

Every company has a first aid person, but some have a mental health.

First aid person, I think someone who's trained to recognize when a coworker needs help and, more importantly, knows what to do.

I mean, the more programs like that, the better for everyone.

So how do we make mental health more attractive to everyone?
