And today we're gonna make sweet potato lettuce wraps.

But before we get to the recipe, we'd like to bring some awareness to the staggering number of cases of childhood malnutrition that are happening these days.

So let's get started with this delicious recipe.

You're gonna be glad you waited for this one.

This recipe we're gonna be using about a pound of sweet potatoes and we're gonna peel it.

You can either go this way or that way either way, which is comfortable for you.

So we got out of the spice grinder here when you add that in, and of course, they grind spices.

Sir potatoes have been cooking for about eight minutes, and they're perfectly tender and not mushy.

Each piece is separate and nice and cooked.

At this point, we can go ahead and put in our ground cumin powder and chili powder mix, and this is to taste.

Give it a good mix and you can switch off the stove.

Next, we're gonna make a little salad, actually, yummy salad that was on the street, traders.

Just make sure it's got a little darkness.
