Hey, kids, today we're making Jeremy Sue.

Hey, kids, I'm making a modified double boiler.

I tried to break them up, had a time so that it wouldn't be so wrong beating them all together.

And what we're gonna do is we're just going to stir this constantly for 10 minutes over the low heat.

And then when that's done, we're gonna move over to the counter and then all the rest of the loveliness.

As soon as it is, I'm gonna take it off the heat, and I'm gonna move it over to the counter.

I have applied my whisk attachment to my mixer.

We're gonna mix that for four minutes until it thickens.

Okay, So accept my timer for four minutes on, we're off.

And what I'm gonna do now is I'm gonna add in one and 1/4 cups of mascarpone cheese, and I'm gonna mix that in together very well.

Soon as I can get call of that cheese out of there.

I'll do a much better job with a smaller one.

I will be back when that's completely mixed together.

So once that's done, we get to start putting this magic together will be that bring back being Engels.

And we are going to add the cream into this just until combines.

Now, you want to get your four cups of coffee or espresso ready because we're gonna get to dipping.

I don't know that I have enough lady fingers, so I might have to split my, um, cookies in half my lady fingers.

Okay, so just go in and spread it all out, and then repeat with the second layer off the lady fingers and again with the cream, cream and cheese.

And then we'll finish up the final layer with just the cheese on DDE.

I believe that was your second layer third layer.

And the last part s I have some dark chocolate, which I am going thio.

We're going into the refrigerator and we're going to resist the urge.
