I know there have been any total stories of landlords who have voluntarily going up to the tenant to say You don't need to pay me for five months.

What about if you do have to prioritize your bills?

Well, a lot of these big banks are saying that credit card forgiveness will be extended because of Corona virus.

Now, if you do have to make payments, prioritize those payments that might affect your credit scores with a mortgage payment.

Should folks who do have a 401 K should they tap into that 401 k.
