And today we're gonna show you how to make a Greek led thistles a perfect appetizer for small party, big party, you know, taking for backlogs.

And you just slice them or dies them, whatever we like and again, but as much or as little as you want Now, Kalamata olives are a lot salt here than your normal black olives.

So if you notice we don't solve any of the other items because they don't need it, once you take a bite of that kalamata olive, you know it's gonna be enough salt for everything.

And the final layer is going to be fed a cheese.

Now this is synonymous with Greek Mediterranean cooking, so we're gonna just crumble it a little bit and again to taste.

But as much or as Little Lee like, there's a whole lot of different flavors of feta cheese that you can get so big one that you enjoy and have a field day with it again.

Feta cheese is has got a lot of our souls, so that again is going to compensate for a lack of salt in the other things.

And here's one additional layer, but it's completely optional if you have them.

These air pickled capers and again, this is a very Mediterranean flavor and gives a little first off soured nous to your death.

And finally, for the garnish, because it's all a gun.

We washed it and you can chop it fine and put it on it.

Or you could just like place it on top as a absolutely recognition.

And that's Italian flat leaf parsley, and that's it.
