I read something last night that I just wanted to share it.

And one of the things that the author talked about is that the greatest human issue is mental anguish, right that the suffering that people have, the real damage it does is in our minds, right, suffering things that have long been over.

Something happened six years ago, and you're still suffering the regret or you're still suffering the trauma of it, or there's anxiety about the future.

But over 90% of the things that either happened didn't have or may happen aren't happening right now.

And what's happening right now is the mental anguish that we have over something that doesn't really exist.

And he was saying that the greatest thing that you could do for another human being is trying to relieve their mental anguish.

But a lot of times there actually isn't a problem in the moment other than the person is really trapped and struggling with the pain that exists inside their mind and how just a word or a smile or something can tip somebody out of that.

So I just want to say thank you all very much.

And I hope that this day didn't cause you too much mental anguish.
