Welcome Toe Idol Journey Episode nine No, this was gonna be a little bit different.

Meaning we're not going to go over any of the unity course that I normally go over in these episodes and said, I'm gonna answer the question, which is probably the title of his video.

How long does it take to learn I was development?

And in this case, I'm going to talk about how long, How much longer I have to learn.

So I think I've been doing I was development.

I've done, like, a little bit, you know, like, a couple of years ago.

But this I was development with swift three and whatnot, probably hours.

Sometimes it gets confusing because I make these videos alongside with it sometimes so might merge in.

Doing the videos will take longer, but I crunched some numbers.

I'm about to start section four these past two.

I was supposed to start section for like, two weeks ago, but these past two weeks have been midterm week for me, so I haven't really had too much time outside of work and school to do you know that I was development as I wish.

So I realized I need to hunker down on it and I've crunched some numbers from Section 42 Section 21 which are, you know, the remaining 17 sections.

How much time where the video is left in their sections.

So keep in mind, I excluded section 17 18 and 19 because those air objective see, I'll just keep that in my library for now and refer to it once I need it.

But as of right now and my plans for the future, I won't need it.

You know, I don't need it right now, and I excluded section 21 because that's a lot of bonus content where I may go back to it.

But I'm just talking about like me actually learning I was development.

But this also is I was development using sketch so bit a bit of IOS design as well you I designed and things like that probably app icon, designer stuff.

I haven't gotten there, but I believe it is 2726 minutes left, which translates over to like 45 46 hours, which is a good amount of time.

I mean, some people I work and I worked 50 60 hours a week or, you know, maybe you just work 40 hours a week.

Yeah, but you don't learn the whole entire time.

It's hard to sit down and learn for eight hours a day.

So what I did was I You know, I set a goal.

My goal is to complete this course by the end of this year, which is in about 14 weeks.

I took out two weeks Do thio due to, you know, something might come up.

I know I'm gonna have a finals week or maybe two weeks worth.

And I know it's hard for me to get around to this five times or six or seven times a week.

So I trying to lowball it three times a week, and that ended up being in hour and 15 minutes, spending time on this.

So now it's 2.5 hours a day for 12 weeks.

2.5 hours, three days a week for told me over the next 30 for over 36 days of work.

I just spent 2.5 hours completing my appropriate I was development work, and then I'll be done with this course.

I doubled it because, you know, you're not just gonna sit there and watch every single video there's exercises to do.

There's there's abs to create along with it.

Maybe, you know, maybe instead of doubling it, tripling it.

It may take triple the time, you know, because some videos are going to need any extra time.

You fall along with it a little bit your mind, whatever.

But some you know, some 30 40 minute video may have you doing exercise that last 1235 hours.

But I just kind of lowballed it is basically have two d'oh, 90 hours of work within 36 days, So I mean, that's do yeah, outside of everything else I'm doing, it's just Michael.

I understand somebody still be able to do it five times a week.

Other times I'll be able to do it twice a week.

Well, my goal is to do it three times will be at least, But I understand some ways you're gonna be worse than others.

I really want to get this completed by the end of this year because of the beginning of 2017.

I want to start my stock market at the original plan was to create the amp alongside me, learning so me doing the course.

But I feel like it would be better for me in my timeline to go through the course of learning, create all the app center in the course, and then if I need to refer back to my APS or the course while I build the stock market at and I think that would be best for me, and I plan on building this up hopefully within the first quarter of 2017 at least within the first half, and then I'm going to believe this could be a viable business.

I'm going to grow this as much as I can while I'm doing school while I'm while I'm working and alongside all those.

What I want to do is also keep building APS.

You know, I probably have, like, 30 40 APS written down or ideas written down of what acts could be some of them may be taken some of, um maybe, you know, maybe I'm not.

One idea was to record, you know, like a screenshot, but do a record, but I can't do that.

So some may be in that, like, kind of like, illegal or against apple rules.

So I have to narrow down and see which one I really want to build.

And I'm just gonna build up my portfolio that way, along with building YouTube channel, working school, building that at business.

And by the end of 2017 I want to begin freelancing.

So trying to hurry this along side get as comfortable as I can to freelance.

And also, I haven't really talked about this at all in this channel because mainly because I don't think I don't know if you all would even find this interesting.

But me and my girlfriend Molly, plan on building a tiny house in 2017 and the plan is to start it and complete it within 2017.

And then sometime in 2018 we have to figure out where we are at that point and where the income streams are.

Since affiliate marketing, my at business is, Well, it's freelancing at that point, and we're gonna take the tiny house.

Gonna take that tow behind a truck and just travel across the United States and check out national parsnips.

Do whatever we really want to dio while being employed ourselves.

So while I'm playing ourselves and that's what that's really the goal there and I can't think of, you know, I understand there's a lot of risk with expenses.

There's a lot of risk just in general doing all this because you have to pay for.

There's a lot of things to pay for, and there's a lot of, you know, all the money makings on me.

I know I have to pay for benefits, health care and whatnot for the both of us, and I'm sure she'll be making some money on the side as well.

We're still trying to figure all that out exactly what she wants to do.

Uh, what she can do on the road with the esthetician work.

In order to see, in a year or two, I can come back to this video and see how accurate I wasin how I hope I don't look back on this video and say Dang, I wish I would have done I wish I would have followed through with this, because as of right now, I bet I'm making sure I'm gonna follow through with this.

I don't want to look back in two years and say, Saying, what if we won't?

Actually do I want to actually build the house, actually want to build applications?

I actually want to travel the country, so I want to make sure that all of that happens.

And with the income thing, I'm sure I really planned, you know, having multiple streams of income.

I really think at that point that it'll more than cover any expenses we have while traveling including benefits in putting away enough whether it's re investing in something else or putting away into our savings account.

I'm sure that point that will have will have you know, enough money.

Thio do everything that we need to do at that time.

And the reward far outweighs the risk anyway.

I'm working for myself, traveling the world in a house I built with the woman I love.

I mean, it sounds like a good deal to me, and that's where I'm gonna conclude this video.
