What I'm remarkable program does is enables people toe openly share their achievements and be proud of their achievements and that will enable them to realize their potential.

So it is a win win, both from a professional point of view and a personal development point of view.

And that is the beauty off the I'm remarkable program.

When I was taken part and I'm remarkable workshop and bigger offered task to write several things about why I'm remarkable.

It was actually difficult to start first because we're living in a such rush and I think it was, to be honest the first time when I just simply stopped and starting to think about this.

It was a bit difficult to write about my accomplishments because some of them, I believe, a common ordinary.

But as soon as you start to hear how your colleagues are sharing their achievements, the magic happens.

Cooperating with Google and I'm remarkable program is a great example off the partnership off our sources coming together, people were really inspired to run it for Unilever employees to drive it for the company.

 I think there is a great potential in this program we would like almost the entire population in our company to go through this, that would be the best thing to happen, and it has led to a significant difference in the quality off conversations we're having in every meeting, which is enabling us to have better decision making in a business way.
