My grandmother served during World War II,

and she told me so many stories of how proud she was to be in the military.

I was nervous, I was scared, I didn't know what to expect,

I just knew that I wanted to serve my country.

My name is Suzie Mills, and I'm the owner of Honest Soul Yoga.

Transitioning back home, that was actually really hard for me.

I wanted to find a place that I fit in and I belonged.

And I was hooked immediately, and it was literally in that moment that I said:

My biggest challenge was trying to figure out

how to get the word out that my studio was here.

It's so important for us to have a presence online, and for us to be easily searchable,

for people to find us on a map, to find our phone number.

Since getting on Google, our business grew so fast that we had to expand our hours,

clients just felt so much more comfortable

coming to our studio because we were military friendly and community oriented.

Being a military family that moves a lot, it's about finding community.

This is that place where you can find home,

and not just in the community but within yourself.

I went to the yoga class and after it was complete,

I couldn't recall ever being that relaxed in my life.

It's like a safe place, you come in here, you totally forget about what's going on in the outside.

My son, when he comes to work I always tell him:
