Sometimes it'll be so tight right here that all start to have, like, side boobs fill out, and that's not you.

I tend to get a lot of skin irritations when I sweat, so when I have any fabric that pulls the sweat away from my body, it's really, really important because then they'll stop my skin from getting tears, especially in the summertime or when I'm working out.

I definitely feel comfortable in a sports bra when I'm just exercising.

Usually, you know what a pair leggings and then I'm good.

The first time I've worked out with just a sports bra on was a bit grim class, and I really had no choice because I was sweating my body into a actual lake on the ground.

But then everybody else in the class was almost naked, so I was like, Okay, I could show my sports bra.

So I normally start with another layer on top.

It depends on what type of exercise I'm doing.

Sometimes I can't wear a sports bra like I started doing silk.

So right now I wear T shirts whenever I do those types of classes.

But in terms of your guy, really prefer sports bras just cause I do get really sweaty, I tend to work out more and height shirts that just kind of keep me in place.

I don't usually run just in a sports bra.

It's not a self conscious thing, but really a logistics thing, because when you start running unusually cold, I wanna have layers to take off.

By the end, I've never worn a sports bra, so the gym this is about is daring as I've gotten my whole life, like in front of people.
