I'm 20, I made £20K in the last 6 months.

Here's how I did it.

Some people will look at this and

think, that is really strange.

It does feel really creepy and I can

understand why some people would watch

it and be like, that's really weird.

I always get loads of

compliments about my nails in my videos.

So what is it you do?

I do ASMR on YouTube, but

it's basically doing like whispering

and lots of different triggers

and different sounds into the camera.

And it's basically to help people sleep and relax.

It's the sort of tingly feeling that you might get.

I always feel ASMR, for example,

when someone massages my scalp

or when someone's playing with my hair.

But obviously you can get it from

literally just watching a video.

I have heard like advertisment do

pay quite well but

I literally would not have

a clue, but is it four digits? Is it?

The best paycheck I've had from

just advertising alone was

the other month and that was about

£4,000, which was really nice.

Obviously as a student, it's not

money that I'm used to.

Never know, you might get ASMR yourself.

Yeah, I'll be listening to it every night now.

In the summer, I went to Bali for 3 weeks.

We paid for like a VIP table at a club,

and it just was never

money that I'd ever think I'd be

spending on things like that before.

We just got champagne

and didn't think about it.

And you know, just cocktail after cocktail.

Something that I really like doing

was like treating my friends as well.

I bought a little Ford Fiesta

in March this year.

It was something that I wanted to do for ages.

I've got a green screen, a big ring light

two freestanding mics,a camera.

I literally, it sounds bad, but just

copy what other people go out and buy because

I'm not clued up on this sort of thing at all.

I set up my channel in September 2018.

a trigger video where I'd be

making sounds with different objects.

And I look back on it now and

I can just see that I had no idea what I was doing.

As soon as I started

doing more role-play videos, which is

what's really popular with ASMR.

my subscriber count.

It was something like going up by

800 subscribers a day.

I have one hundred and five thousand subscribers now.

I love being able to dress up.

It sounds really weird, but

it is always fun getting into a character.

So just relax

while I gently rub this into your skin.

I think things like this police one

and then the nurse outfit,

especially the nurse sort of role-play

people can misinterpret.

For me, ASMR is not about sex.

They're two completely different things.

I do sometimes think maybe

it could be down to the way I look

or the fact I'm a young girl that

is down to my success.

It's just one of those things that

unfortunately, it will be sexualised.

There's not much I can do about it,

but I'm confident in what I do and

I'm successful because of what I do

and not how I look.
