  • Hi, guys.

  • Welcome back to my channel today.

  • I am finally doing another what I eat in a day.

  • But this is the pregnancy edition.

  • These air very simple to make.

  • I am not a vegan.

  • I do try to eat more veggies and plant based food as they can just in general.

  • But I do like my meat.

  • I do love my dairy.

  • I just try to space them out just because it's better for my digestion.

  • For me, it's all about convenience.

  • It's all about speed because I don't have time to create these artworks out of mango.

  • So this is everything that I eat to keep this mama and this baby happy.

  • It's not always perfect.

  • Please don't try to chase this perfection.

  • There are times where I have a full pizza for lunch.

  • And you know what?

  • I'm not even mad about it.

  • I enjoy it.

  • You eat that pizza, malaria.

  • You deserve it.

  • So let me show you my simple recipes and older meals that I ate today.

  • I stammered morning with a glass of water.

  • When I feel inspired, I'll put Lemon in it that I have to be honest with you.

  • There are days that I either don't have the time, don't have the patients, don't have the energy.

  • But I do always always make sure to start my day with a big glass of water before I start putting anything into my body.

  • This is a great way to get your morning started and to wake you up.

  • Once I do dad, then it's time to have my breakfast.

  • My breakfast is usually the same when I want something sweet.

  • I'll usually have maybe like yogurt with Berries and some granola, or I'll have a piece of bread.

  • This is Ezekiel bread, toasted and a podium.

  • Avocado.

  • Now look at that avocado.

  • You know that today is going to be a good day.

  • I think it's so important, especially during pregnancy, to supply your body with enough good fats and healthy fats.

  • This not only helps your body but also the baby, so I love putting avocado up with some olive oil on top.

  • I'll put a little sea salt.

  • I love adding different things onto it.

  • Sometimes I'll top it with nutritional east to give it a little cheesy taste and get some more vitamins out of it, or sometimes a put either tomato or even radish.

  • I get adventurous with my avocado toast.

  • Always put a little bit of veg on.

  • Decide it could be the cucumber sweet peppers anything like that, just for a little snack on side.

  • Then I will take my prenatal.

  • The potato that I take is three times a day, so I take it with every meal.

  • Then I'll obviously take my probiotics.

  • This is a maternity probiotic, but I advise a 10 billion account for anyone that just wants to take probiotics to maintain Good got held.

  • And then it's time for a little snack.

  • So I usually have three meals and then two snacks in between and with a snack.

  • It's always something that's super easy to mate, because once it gets complicated, I just give up and open a bag of chips.

  • So for me, I always love having good apples, the hard ones.

  • You know, I don't like soft apple, Zack, and I'll use this knot and see better from Costco.

  • This is actually my favorite one.

  • This has such an amazing variety of nuts in it.

  • It has Brazilian nuts.

  • It has even chia seeds in it.

  • This is a source of good fats, and I'll just put it on the side, and I'll use it as a dip for my apples.

  • And I'll put a little cinnamon on top to balance blood sugar, so I won't get any cravings then for another snag, because I am pregnant and I need to Munchen something all the time, especially when I work from home and on my computer.

  • I just feel like my hand needs to touch something at all times and put it in my mouth.

  • So this is just organic seaweed.

  • Seaweed is a much more nutrient dense food than any land vegetables.

  • It's a great source of full late calcium, magnesium, zinc, so it's kind of a superfood.

  • I also got my kids to love it, and then it's time for lunch.

  • S o.

  • I cook with avocado oil.

  • That's just my preference.

  • Then what I do is I have to staying where everything has to be quick and easy to make.

  • So what I like to do is have veggies that are frozen in the freezer.

  • So let's say the zucchini.

  • When I buy zucchinis, I'll cut him up and store them in the freezer.

  • I use them for smoothies or for something like this.

  • Where a steer If I So I just sting my zucchini and broccoli that I had in the freezer and Ijust add them to the pen.

  • I'll add this chick pea at noodles.

  • Have to be honest with you.

  • With all these variations of like, healthy passed us, you have to be careful.

  • Some of them really suck.

  • But I experimented with the few and I've learned that first of all, if you had sauce, everything tastes good.

  • This is a matter of minutes until it's done.

  • So this is a great way to get fiber and to get all the veggies in nutrients in, and also to satisfy my pregnancy craving, which is basically carbs and anything that looks at carbs because I like carbs.

  • Carbs are good for me, but I took myself cause I get the chickpea pasta, and this is where the second pre NATO comes in after lunch.

  • I feel like a one, something sweet again when I'm busy and I don't want to start thinking about it too much.

  • Smoothies are always, always my go to, so all that added is unsweetened almond milk.

  • I put this chocolate ah, protein powder, so this is a way protein chocolate with Ro coco, which has its own great antioxidants and benefits.

  • And then I added one tea spoon off almond butter just to make it creamier, and also give that source of healthy fats and just ice.

  • And that's it.

  • It's a little protein shake.

  • I got my chocolate, a god.

  • Ah, cold drink And I don't miss coffee at all.

  • Just a little bit matter.

  • Give me energy and then it's dinner time.

  • So again, with dinner time, I usually like to use whatever have in the fridge, and that's why I'm big into propping these days, even when I buy chicken breast or any other protein.

  • If it's fish, I'll separate them in zip locks and just put him in the freezer and use them as they go along.

  • That makes the process of cooking much easier.

  • Another trick that I started doing is using this cauliflower rice instead of real rice.

  • Now listen another.

  • People tell you that it's like it's basically like the same thing.

  • It's not, but again, when it's still fried with a lot of other stuff you don't notice and not your so bloated or tired after dinner.

  • This is a great alternative.

  • I buy these impacts so it's basically shredded cauliflower.

  • It has carrots, onions and some green peas.

  • You obviously can make this at home and freeze it and use it as you need.

  • And I think it has green onions, too.

  • I'll put a little bit of soy sauce.

  • I'll put a little bit of sea salt and pepper, and then I'll put an egg.

  • I get my protein.

  • I get my loads of veggies.

  • I fool myself.

  • If you do one rise, it's okay to eat rice, especially if you use more veggies than rise.

  • Then it's amazing.

  • Brown rice is always something that I recommend is because it's a whole food.

  • It's better to digest.

  • It has more nutrients in it.

  • So that's my dinner and add a little bit of a va Kado because I literally tried to eat one of 1/4 a day and then I'll add some hot sauce and we are good to go for dessert.

  • I don't always feel the need to eat something, especially if I had, like, a good feeling dinner.

  • Drink some tea flavor tea, and I also buy these honestly skinny pop popcorn and huge bags.

  • And I have, like, small little singles.

  • There's nothing in here beside coconut oil and popcorn, and that's it.

  • And it's easy, kind of to open, eat and forget about it.
