Welcome to show me the curry dot com I'm a new jer and today I'm gonna show you how to make an avocado and pomegranate smoothie.

Especially for people who just love Avocados and avocados are in season right now, just like all over the place.

And I just love the buttery taste, But I always looking for different ways to try them.

Had they're good for you, believe it or not.

So they're high in fibre, low on sugar, high in proteins of great for vegetarians and on which Terrence doesn't hurt.

And I think they've got everything from vitamin A to Z.

So great grapes or self, you know, protein specially So I just caught up in avocado and luckily it's a good one.

If you're not up with it, we have a lot of other avocado recipes.

This happened to be a smaller avocado, so I was just lucky.

I'm gonna just use one avocado in the whole smoothie.

And you can put in about approximately a little lesson about 3/4 of a cup.

I'm gonna add in 23 cubes of ice optional and again, here's another optional one Eyes, honey, I'm gonna use it just a little bit just to, you know, bring out the sweetness of the avocado.

You can totally skip it or you can use at some salt and pepper.

Either way, trust me, I've tried it both ways, and this is the wine, So it's really personal preference.

And how simple is that because a beautiful green color unbelievable.

And I made it into, like a little tick ish smoothie.

Of course, you can add additional water if you like, or additional eyes, but I think I just like the fact that it's wholesome and I'm got some pomegranate here, and I'm just gonna put that on top.

I love the surprise element of the pomegranate being left hole and just coming into a mouthful that you take amazing, amazing, and it's healthy for you.
