  • All right, so, of course it's gonna be a spicy gin and tonic.

  • So we have some pie red chiles.

  • If you don't like it like super, super spicy, you can change out the chili to any chili you like, but we're going to use a spicy Thai chili.

  • So I'm just gonna split it just right down the middle And these air ones we got at the farmer's market yesterday.

  • I've never had a spicy gin and tonic.

  • Now we have a lime and usually in a lot of drinks, like a mojito, for instance, you muddled the lime also, but I don't like to do that.

  • Just because the lime Ryan has some bitterness, and the more you model it, you know, you're well, uh, drink becomes bitter, and we don't want that.

  • So we're just gonna squeeze some of the lime juice in.

  • Okay, So just, like, cut it into quarters or something.

  • Yeah, I guess with a mojito.

  • You adding so much sugar.

  • Maybe you don't notice the bitterness.

  • Yeah, exactly.

  • And this is kind of a fresh and crisp flavour, so I just want to leave all the bitterness out.

  • Okay, So, like, two wedges to Well, I like mine.

  • She was good for me, but I wanted to.
