Hey, kids, today we are going to prepare some fruit infused water u two's best for creative things.

Hey, kids, I just got my fab fit fun fruit infuser say that 10 times fast.

And I am so excited to be able to use this instead of the way I used to do my few infused, fruit infused waters.

Um, the first time I came across fruit infused waters was when I was staying at a hotel, attending some YouTube classes and in the lobby, they had this great big, huge water jug, and it just had all these fruit floating around in there, and it was so incredibly refreshing.

And so what I started doing and this is from left over from this weekend, this is I would just get fruit and just throw them into, um, a water bottle.

And the thing that I found is that the longer that you have the fruit in the water, the better the fruit.

Um, you know, flavor is in there, So, um, I would suggest, and you can get this this here, grab life by the exercise balls.

And so you get this and then you have the insight here, and you put your fruits into the inside, and then you don't have to like when I'm drinking this, the fruit will sometimes come up and into my mouth.

And you don't have to worry about it being in the water.

And you can use it over and over and over again.

That mean I can tell from my voice I am dealing with Avery bad cold.

So I decided I'm gonna use a lot of orange in this one, but I'm gonna put in a little bit of, um, Strawberry says, Well, just to give it a little bit of, um, uh, different mentally in there.

So I'm gonna push that all up in there, and then I am going to put the top on.

You can go toe fat fit, fun dot com, flash fruit, water, and then I'm gonna put this into the fridge for a little bit more.

Well, um, and I'm gonna let this sit for a while.

But I'm very excited that now I have something that I can use instead of just, you know, China, shove fruits down into the hole.

Sometimes it doesn't work very easy of a water bottle.

So I will probably doing be doing a couple of different fruit infused blends because if you blend them sometimes with savoury things, you know, some types of spices earning, like battle or mentor whatever.

It really, really changes up the flavor quite a bit.
