Hey, kids, today we're making blueberry mata shortbread cookies.

So the best way to do this is to place your plastic onto being your counter first and give it a little bit of dusting of flour, which probably isn't going to be necessary.

And then just go ahead and cover it up and placed back into your refrigerator.

Well, I'm supposed to roll the dough out toe 1/2 an inch thick and then cut it with cookie cutters or whatever you want to do.

But I decided that I wanted to make it like a true, um, shortbread.

And I'm just enough had it down to hopefully within 1/2 much thickness into this ungreased pan.

It will be on ungreased baking sheet from glued sugar and big for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.

I'm gonna let this time a little bit down to oh, boy to room temperature so that I can so that it's workable and then we'll go from there.

If I did not tell you that already, I finally got this in here.

I'm gonna put some holes in here like they normally do for shortbread cookies, and I'm going to put that into be off them and keep on eye on it.

I think I'll Sprinkle a little sugar on there like it suggested.

I went ahead and used a pizza cutter to cut this as soon as it came out of the oven, because then it's gonna you know it's getting harden, and it would make it virtually impossible.
