  • Hey, dudes on Highland And today I'm highly cooking.

  • I've got a light and easy summer dinner idea for you these air Asian inspired leather straps.

  • I'm gonna use pork, but you could totally use ground turkey if you don't like pork.

  • But obviously, judging from my current situation, I love working.

  • That is a baby in there, not soothe.

  • Now, this meal literally comes together in, like, 10 minutes.

  • I've got about a pound of ground pork here.

  • We're gonna start out by sauteing that and just a little bit of oil with some onions and jalape o and garlic.

  • And then once the pork is almost cooked, we're gonna add in some shred of celery, some diced carrots and some frozen peas, and continue to cook that together until the pork is cooked.

  • In the season it listen boy sauce, turmeric and a little bit of fish sauce.

  • Well, we're about their sauce, but it's delicious, even if it smells a little gross at first.

  • You just want to cook this until the celery strips are a little bit wilted.

  • The carrots will still be pretty crispy, and the peppers and onions will still have some textures.

  • Well, that looks perfect.

  • So turn it off and just let it cool for a few minutes while you get your lettuce leaves washed and ready to wrap.

  • That's rap ready to eat.

  • This has been cooling for about five minutes and as much liquid as there was five minutes ago.

  • A lot of that you can see has sort of absorbed back into the meat.

  • So that's another reason to let it rest.

  • And so it doesn't totally just wilt your lettuce leaf.

  • So I've got some butter lettuce leaves here that I've ran.

  • Ste obviously don't eat dirt, but you probably wouldn't be that bad for you, actually.

  • And I'm gonna double up because these are a little delicate.

  • If you don't care about being a low carb, anything totally even put this in a flour tortilla and do like effusion taco kind of thing that's so popular.

  • Nail.

  • And then we're just gonna feel it up.

  • Awesome.

  • Holy crap.

  • You want to season it with a little bit of lime juice, son, you could add means brows are diced cucumber.

  • If you want a little bit crunched the end there, too, and I'm and I use a little bit of some ball aleck, chili garlic hot sauce.

  • Who?

  • I can't wait to eat this for another wrapped up, Asian style thing that's not nearly as healthy.

  • I also did egg rolls a couple months ago.

  • So all linked to that, if you wanna check that out.

  • But I'm gonna check this out with my mouth, and then you just kind of wrap it up.

  • You could use Napa cabbage leaves.

  • Also, if you want to get some anti oxidants in cancer fighting properties so good it's so spicy and fresh and delicious.

  • You'll love this dress.

  • Speak.

  • I hope you try it.

  • It's available and print full format at highly cooking dot com.
