  • Hello, everyone.

  • Welcome back to my kitchen.

  • We're gonna be doing some fried mozzarella sticks in my new air fire from my friends at S Orry.

  • The first thing I did was I plugged it in, and I'm gonna start this at 3 50 and I'm just going to preheat it for now.

  • What's hang on?

  • 3 50 and Creek eats, then you.

  • I want a preview just 3 50 for four minutes and hit the start button, and she'll start doing that and I'm gonna start getting my things together.

  • So each one of these months or realistic, they're gonna be cut into two or three pieces.

  • I think I'm gonna go with two, and then I'm gonna have my dry, my wet and my dry that we're going to be adding the sticks into on dhe.

  • We'll be back with all those nice measurements.

  • So the first thing we're going to do is we cut our mozzarella sticks in half.

  • I have one tablespoon of flour, one teaspoon of corn starch, 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt and 1/4 of a teaspoon of pepper, and we're going to coat each piece with that.

  • Then we're placing it into an egg wash, which is two eggs and a tablespoon of milk.

  • And lastly, you can make your own breadcrumbs with panko and some dried parsley.

  • But I already had some Italian breadcrumbs already made.

  • So when I did was just used a couple that and when I just set these up and I'm gonna put them into the freezer while the, um unit is heating up and then we will just spray her down and cook everything.

  • It's just gonna be a very quick, easy little appetizers or as we call them here in Hawaii.

  • Poo poo, P U p you nuts.

  • The number two.

  • All right, So I'm just gonna make that put in the freezer while this unit finishes heating up.

  • The cool part is, when it is done preheating, it allows you to know that you just beat I can only find mine big tongs.

  • So that is what we're gonna do.

  • So person to release the drawer and you always want to make sure that she is laying flat and you don't ever want to touch this buttoned down here which will release being the bottom pan.

  • So I'm sorry.

  • I have limited counter space at the moment, I will try to move you out so you can see Here we go.

  • I even moved my paper towel off.

  • I'm gonna put some spray underneath so that the underneath port has a little bit of Christine.

  • It's going for it, and I'm gonna play all my chances in here.

  • It has a really big basket.

  • So, like if you want to do a whole bunch of french fries, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to do that on the beauty about.

  • This is halfway through your cook time.

  • It will warn you, and you can shake basket so that you can reorganize everything.

  • Or if you want, you can flip your sticks or french fries over.

  • So it's pretty smart.

  • Does all the thinking for you.

  • Get her back up, put her in.

  • I'm gonna press frozen foods.

  • Let me move you in, and then I'm gonna set it for I want it for eight minutes.

  • No.

  • So I guess you do that and then you press the start and she's just gonna go ahead.

  • And at four minutes she's gonna warn me that it's time to flip everything over.

  • So I'll bring you back when she warns me.

  • Guess who forgot to spray the tops?

  • Yes, that would be mean.

  • So I'm gonna pause.

  • You want to make sure that the top is liberally spraying, So I put a lot of spray up in there, and we'll start her back up again.

  • Okay.

  • All right.

  • So at four minutes, it's going to tell me that it is time to shape.

  • And here we just turned four.

  • I'm waiting for the prompt on dhe.

  • It's not coming, so I think I do.

  • At this point.

  • ISS pause it.

  • I want I wonder why she's losing out.

  • All right, So I'm just enough.

  • I'm just gonna shake her.

  • Look at that.

  • She's about some parts of using where?

  • I guess I didn't, so I shook her up.

  • I'm gonna put it back in, and I'm gonna start her back up again.

  • There we go.

  • Four more minutes until happiness in our belly, we're done.

  • So let's take a look at what we have here.

  • Ooh, it's maybe just a little too much.

  • I put her in, but you know what I like crispy.

  • I like I'm gonna dish that up on dhe we're all gonna get a taste.

  • I just want to make sure that the unit is at least five inches away from anything that you are within because you need to let some of the air vents out.

  • And you always want to make sure that you never pressed that potential ribbons the basket until you are completely done because you just don't want to have that lower basket drop on.

  • Wonderful part about this is that you can do just about anything and everything.

  • State seafood, vegetables.

  • I'm gonna be doing some colleagues flower coming up.

  • I'm not gonna be doing some egg time coming up.

  • And then at some point, I am also going to do like a full meal.

  • So we have here our easy, fast eight minute whoa, You know, with maybe about two minute prep, we've got our fried mozzarella sticks and then just to show it, give you a preview to basket that contains one within one another.

  • When you press that button, this detaches from it and then you have the bottom piece here.

  • So that's why you never want to really press that button until you are completely done cooking, ready to wash this down and it's dishwasher safe.
