Today, I'm going to show you how to make fried gochujang

Gochujang is a basic Korean cooking ingredient,

it's a paste, it tastes spicy, salty, and a little sweet

with a deep flavor that comes from fermentation.

When gochujang is fried with beef, nuts, honey, garlic

and eat it for a long time, up to one month!

Koreans consider honey to be a kind of medicine.

Today, I'm going to show you a version that uses beef,

but you can also use mushrooms to make a vegetarian version,

We are going to use one cup (236.588 ml)  hot pepper paste, gochujang

so I'm going to use three large garlic cloves.

I'll use half pound (0.226796 kg) steak, shell steak

later I'm going to show you how I eat this, mixed with this.

And then I'll add black pepper, ground black pepper.

What makes this very special is that I'm using expensive pine nuts,
