Lovely day two at Yellowstone, It's AM.

It's time to start cooking for the cook off of an hour and 1/2 to make my sweet potato and chicken slouches.

I've got my little to do list here, so I stay organized on task because one and 1/2 it's plenty of time at home.

But cooking in a strange kitchen, it probably will.

Some things are probably gonna go wrong.

So whatever.

Let's have fun and we're gonna start with poaching the chicken.

I'm not talking about illegally poaching animals because we are in the Yellowstone National Forest and that would be horrible thing.

Normally my technique is thio.

So I might set the timer for five minutes, I think.

And then check it.

Okay, so this is my sweet potato.

Looks very different from the ones that get in Texas.

Just gonna stab it with a fork few times so it doesn't explode like a geiser.

That'd be awesome if it was a potato together.

So now we'll just pop this in the microwave for just a couple sex, but actually more like two minutes waken work on the chicken now, which has cooled to a single arable, and you could shred it with works.

But you know what, guys?

It's what you do with your hands.

And we're in the wilderness, for crying out loud.

You've got 15 minutes, 16 minutes.

I mean, that microwave poop and 30 seconds.

It's that easy.

Money's a toothpick.
