I'm not mentally well, have been for a while.

I probably come across is like a normal kind of guy.

Uh, the truth is I often end up so being in my bed like a baby, there's a lot of pressure these days toe be a real non.

My dad would have call me a sissy if I had known how weak I feel sometimes eyes to be fine.

If you'd told me a year ago this would be me today I put him in a loft I used to think was a kind of excuse people made to get off work.

I'll take a whole lot pills every morning on I wouldn't be speaking this calmly if if I didn't do that, put it that way on a bad day.

But even telling someone helps so much I, uh, had a full own panic attack.

Is this big family gathering that's called an ambulance and I'm still no Well, I look okay, but I know people knowing that about me.

Shame it makes such a difference to know that there are people like me.

I feel like I can really cool these guys.

Sometimes I take a piss, and then sometimes when it's bad, we need to cry.

Yeah, I said I could call these guys any time because they just know what I'm going through.

We after, like, cheerful around each other, we can just meet up, you know, even very much.

It's just nice to know that we know what we need.

You know, in some men, um, you know, things could go to pop and they want to take their life.

And then this They don't think to call for help waken take medication for our physical health.

Why should it be any different for our mental health?

It's as important for more important than your physical health.

But what we're saying is no one beyond that help.

And maybe if us will come out sharing this.

If that makes one person admit that they need help as well, then then it's worth it.
