  • This is Grand Central Station, one of the busiest transit hubs in America.

  • On any given day, thousands of commuters are bustling through here in a hurry to get to work.

  • So many people hunkering down at home, the crowd of commuters down to just a handful, fear of Corona viruses turning America into the United States of anxiety.

  • There is a very strong connection between our brains and our bodies, especially as faras anxiety is concerned.

  • And that's why it is so important to really try to bring our thoughts away from anxiety, bring our thoughts to the things that we can control, bring our behaviors to the things that we can control and focus on ourselves and keeping healthy during these trying times.

  • But When the opening bell on Wall Street sounded, there was another fever, the selloff fever, with the Dow instantly plummeting 2250 points, triggering an automatic circuit breaker, halting all trading for 15 minutes.

  • Reporters attending briefings on the crisis were screened for fever as they entered the White House.
